Wow! We needed a hot water heater replaced just before Christmas. D Martel came out the morning following my call, went and found the right tank, and had it installed in just a couple of hours. Zach was friendly, professional, and polite. The price was fair and the service was exceptional! We've used them once before and they will now be our plumbers of choice!

I've had two services handled by D Martel Plumbing and in both cases they exceeded my expectations. The first was more of an emergency situation during poor weather conditions and albeit they were busy, they were able to get a team member (Jason Lee) out quickly to repair a leaky pipe. Jason was awesome!

The second and most recent was last week. We were looking to run water to our garage for a new refrigerator and they were able to take the appt right away and send a team member (Quentin P.) within 30 minutes. Quentin looked over the job, was able to give me a quick estimate and with my approval, he ran back to the shop, grabbed a few things and was back in 30 minutes to complete the requested work. It was done quickly and with attention to detail. I was very pleased with Quentin's work, he did an outstanding job.

He showed up dressed professionally and talked to me like a normal person. Not degrading or rude. My boys had clogged things up really bad and they were curious how he was going to fix it. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! A few months back our water heater went out and having a little one and they moved things around to get us in the same day and full replacement. The gentleman that helped was kind, knowledgeable and walked us through what was needed and what could be reused without up-selling us unneeded parts

Fast forward to us having a sewage backup, (yuck) and again to the rescue! They had someone out within a few hours of the call and a resolution to fix the issue.

Being 8 months pregnant I was terrified it was going to be a much bigger issue and expense but they were quick to scope , camera and give small recommendations to get us back flowing freely!
