I had Dan out to connect a natural gas line to a new fire pit. Setting up the appointment was easy and the office was very professional. They called ahead to let us know they were coming and showed up right in the middle of the two hour time window. Dan didn't have the parts he needed in stock and was concerned that it would take a couple of days to get them. I wanted the job finished that day so he went the extra mile to find parts and come back later that afternoon. He carefully tested the fire pit for proper operation and spent extra time bleeding air from the line. Price was very reasonable for the time spent on the job and hunting down the right parts.

We were informed by El Dorado Irrigation District that when the tech read our water meter it showed double the usage we normally use. They called us at 10:30 this morning. I called DMartel Plumbing and Dan Martel was at our house at 11:30 to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. By 2pm the problem was fixed and the water was back on. I strongly recommend DMartel Plumbing.

I'll pile on the praises for D Martel. Jason was fantastic indeed. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable...from scheduling to clean up. We called D Martel for a toilet clog which rightfully turned into a toilet replacement...it was time! :) And then we had another clog downstairs which was causing the drain to back up. Jason came the second time to diagnose and fix it. This time, they went above and beyond. We were scheduled out 2 days. BUT BUT BUT....Jason came the same day. And worked into the early evening to get it done. Can't ask for me more than that! An honest and hardworking crew!

I'm not sure about you but expensive housing issues stress me out! Who would have thought that I would have actually felt more than happy about writing a $1600 check for a new water heater - but honestly that's how I felt about Dan and D Martel Plumbing. From my first phone call they were kind, efficient, specific and beyond responsive. We made our appointment on Wed and they were out as promised on TH morning. They gave us a two hour window (and in my experience when this is the case they always show up at the end of that window) but showed up right at the earliest time. Their work was thorough, honest, fast, efficient, competitively priced and beyond professional. And what a bonus that this is a local family owned business! I could not possibly recommend them enough and we will not be using another plumbing service while we live in this area. You can call around but trust me when I tell you that D Martel is absolutely the best choice.

Outstanding!

First-time customer... they treated us like a long-time customer. Fast, knowledgeable, courteous family owned and operated local business... can't beat that!

We called at 8 AM with a water heater problem. By 10:30 AM the first available plumber had arrived and by shortly after 11:00 AM the faulty part was replaced and our water was heating up.

Next time we need a plumber, we're calling D. Martel!

I have had two recent urgent plumbing problems. First our pressure regulator blew which shut off all water to the house. Called D Martel Plumbing and had Trevor show up within about an hour. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Second, we had a mysterious leak in the kitchen. Again Trevor showed up within an hour of my original call and found and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. That is really great service! And the damage he prevented to our hardwood flooring would have been much more expensive to fix. Thanks guys.
