He diagnosed the issue, and I really appreciated that he gave me options...replace some parts, replace all parts inside tank, or replace entire toilet, and the costs associated with each option. Brett made the repairs at a cost we could afford. Prompt, friendly, and professional service. They have my loyalty as a customer. I highly recommend D. Martel for all your plumbing needs!

i would not recommend this plumber and found their billing and service practices very unethical. I have lived in El Dorado Hills for over 20 years and have used so many great service companies. This is truly the first bad review I have had to write. This company has deceptive pricing and charged my 93 year old mother $700 extra on a $600 job to do ""questionably unnecessary work"" that took them an additional 30 minutes tops. They would also not respond to my request for a copy of the invoice that was signed. it has been a horrible experience and now they are threatening to put a lien on her home.

I have never felt the need to leave a review for anything other than a restaurant. I had such a great experience today with the service team and, especially, with Brent the plumber who came to my house. Knowledgeable, friendly and definitely went above and beyond with helping me out. I will continue to use D Martel and will certainly recommend to friends and family. So nice to find a great company that cares about its customers.

D.Martel Plumbing is a fine company. Zack K. did a very good job repairing a toilet and making sure it was firmly affixed to the floor. Then he completed a complicated repair replacing a cold water valve for a Roman tub. He found the needed replacement part through Delta and gave me the details for me to order it. The valve was located inside a tight compartment only accessible from the outside of my house. Working with my contractor, the space was made larger to allow Zack to work on it. It was a delicate operation, but, through Zack's valiant efforts, surgery was successful. I recommend D.Martel Plumbing!

Zach and others at D.Martel came out to move a gas line, set up plumbing in our remodeled kitchen, install a replacement water heater, and to modify the plumbing in our laundry room to accommodate a stacked washer & dryer with a new sink. In all efforts Zach & the folks at D.Martel were outstanding. Rates for the work were reasonable and they were very available.

Two men arrived; one installing a propane instant electric hot water heater and the other gentleman installing a normal propane hot water heater. They both worked efficiently and left the areas clean. They removed both old water heaters and disposed of them. We are very pleased with their work and efficiency.

In Martell plumbing, answers the phone shows up on time or early. Does a good job and doesn't leave a mess. They are a little pricey, but the response time is immediate.
