Horrible --period, full stop! The Owner's Wife answered my call completely drunk out of her mind and asked me not to tell her husband. He shows up, makes an assessment of the value of the home, verbally states that his rates just went up, which my wife overheard, looks at the leaky toilet and flushes a couple of times then determines that there is not a problem, without lifting the toilet seat, charges me $75.00 for his 10 minute review. And, my toilet still leaks!

I wish it were possible to assign red stars as a warning to others.

Dennis is the absolute best! He installed a hot water pump so we don't have to wait for hot water any longer. Also, he fixed a couple leaky pipes. He did a great job of communicating, showed up when he said, and his pricing was more than fair. I'd highly recommend Dennis from D&M !!
