They were a huge help. They warned me in advance that I had an older hot water heater and they might not have parts. They didn't, but they were able to direct me what to do to replace the needed parts. It was. A huge help and saved me a bunch of money. Thanks!

Just Don't.
There are so many companies who value the customer's time and have good customer service that I would never recommend one that doesn't even try. I waited three days for an appointment for the technician to come to my door and be annoyed he was there for 'work they don't do' .... I call back main office to be told they don't understand why he said that and they would call me back. Calls me back and basically said "my bad, I'm new". Mind you it's a Friday so now I am stuck all weekend with this problem. Just horrible.

I had an appointment scheduled for warranty plumbing work on my home (new build) that was scheduled more than a week in advance. I used PTO to take off work so I could be home for the scheduled repair. On the day of repair at 8:30 AM I received a call that an employee called in sick and there was no one to send out for my repairs and asked if they could re-schedule. I stated that re-scheduling was not an option since I had taken off work and was unable to take off work again. The response I received was less than accommodating. I was snickered at and talked to in a less than professional manner. I asked to speak with someone over the Office Manager or the Owner and the response was "He Won't call you back". I was forced to take additional time off of work and use more PTO due to the lack of D & M Plumbing's willingness to figure out a solution. Very Disappointed. If you use this company and schedule an appt., I would call them before the scheduled arrival time to confirm they are actually coming.

Follow-up. The Plumber did at exactly 8:00 AM the following day as promised. Steve was polite, neat and quick! He was in and out and work was completed. Thanks Steve.

I live in a new neighborhood with many houses still under construction. Earlier I flagged down a truck thinking it was one of the builders to see if they can help me but it turned out to be an employee of D&M plumbing.

Nick helped me with my outdoor gas connector that had the cap stuck on it and provided additional advice.

While it only took him a few minutes the fact that he helped me out like that as a courtesy is so refreshing and wonderful!

I hope his company knows what an amazing gentleman & employee they have on their hands and if I have any plumbing needs in the future I will contact D&M Plumbing!

I am sure he was doing the job on the side, but he was driving a D & M Plumbing Contractors Truck.
After having to come back several times to fix leaks / he walked off the Job leaving it unfinished. I still have two leaks and two tore up walls where he did not complete the job as bid. I would Not recmend this plumber to anyone. Not an Honest person.

Jay, an employee with D&M came out to change out the shower control in the guest bath. It would not regulate the water temp properly. He was very prompt, very courteous, and very efficient....in and out in less than an hour. No complaints at all, as a matter of fact I would call them again.....and request Jay.
