The technician was fine, he arrived as scheduled, gave me the amount it would cost and said he could repair the pipe that day. We agreed, he did the repairs and I paid him what he told me it would cost. 5 years later, I get a call from the owner, a rather rude individual, who stated I owed him additional money, but never explained what the additional money was for. I asked him to send me an itemized invoice, he sent me a piece of paid with a dollar amount on it and shortly afterwards referred me to a collecting agency. Terrible business practices, terrible people. I was a repeat customer, but never again.

I'm so thankful to have our indoor pluming restored. We live in a rural area, our usual provider hadn't sent anyone out, so after 4 days, a friend suggested calling D&M even though they were located further out. I'm so glad I called. I spoke with someone in their office in the afternoon and the problem was resolved by supper time. She was supportive, courteous, and managed expectations well. Next time we need any help, I'll definitely be calling D&M Plumbing. Thank you so much!

We had a broken pipe leading into our house. They were excellent in digging it up and repairing it. They were done in one day. However, their customer service is horrible. Our work was done 4 days before Christmas. A month later we still don't have the bill. We have called multiple times in regard to the bill as we are filing a claim with our homeowners insurance. Each time we are told that the bill is in the mail. We were initially told that they only do billing once a month. They do good work. Just don't expect to get your bill quickly.

Technician came and initially was cordial to work with until he didn't have the parts and it took a week to come back and many back and forth phone calls after promising he'd return the next day. Even after replacing the discussed parts the issue was not fixed. When I received the invoice and saw the bill I was taken back. I understand labor costs but I was charged for parts not discussed. I called the owner to ask and I wasn't called for 3 days. I was met with a very unprofessional and condescending manner. My honesty was questioned. I've since called another company. Highly would not recommend!

Worst attitudes ever! Horrible to work for. Degrades his employees in public. Puts important jobs off and makes people wait several weeks before he gets thework done. Never ever will I deal with this crappy company!!

I will not recommend this plumbing provider to anyone in need of services. The service man that arrived at our house was rude and not personable. He literally was at our house for 10min and put minimal effort into his job. His effort of looking at our drain was standing and holding a flashlight. He immediately stated he did not know what the problem was and proceeded to tell me i still owed money for the service call.

They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. We couldn't be more pleased with their service. The young man who fixed our bathtub drain did a great job in a minimum amount of time. Their number has been transferred to our frequently called numbers.
