I've made several attempts to get get an estimate from this company but they never got back to me. A plumber came to my house to look at my project and he seemed interested, but said his manager would get back to me with a price. That was two weeks ago and still nothing. I made several phone calls and got their answering service and someone in the office, but neither were able to find me someone interested in quoting. I'll find another plumber who actually wants some business.

I called DM plumbing in 2019 because my hot water/boiler kept randomly shutting off - leaving me with no hot water. They came MANY times in the summer of 2019, 2020 and 2021 and were never able to fix the problem. They very often didn't return my calls so I would have to keep bugging them to finish the job. I trusted them each time because they assured me they knew what the problem was. I started getting uneasy in 2021 when some of the things they were doing just didn't sound like a safe idea. They didn't return my calls for 3 weeks so I called Absolute Plumbing to get a second opinion. Absolute Plumbing was able to properly diagnose the issue in less than an hour. Turns out my hot water was shutting off because my boiler had been drafting carbon monoxide into my house for the past 3 years and it was switching off as a safety. Absolute Plumbing was able to identify other unsafe things DM did to my boiler - including TURNING OFF my boiler refill valve!

I called DM to politely update them on the issue and to request a refund for JUST ONE of the charges because they ended up reversing the work they did in a subsequent visit anyway. I had been paying them for 3 years, been without hot water for THREE SUMMERS because of these incompetent crooks and they got short with ME and told me they would call me back about the refund. Surprise, haven't heard from them in over a week.

DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS!!!! Call Absolute Plumbing instead - Dan does what he says he's gonna do.

Very unhappy with this company. Called them at 10:00 in the morning and was told their last pre-scheduled appt was 2:30 same day. Receptionist or whoever said she would call me when the tech was on his way. I waited until 6:30 to call and got a gentleman with their answering service. He was very polite, apologized, and said he would relay the info to the tech on call AND that he would waive the after hours fee. Tech on call calls me back to say he never got the message about my service call, and that he would have to charge me $169 since it's after hours. When I told him what the answering service said about waiving fee, he had nothing to say. I thanked him and said I'd go with another company. I try to give locals my business but not when you have service this bad.

Great family plumbing service. They sent a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. They have a fast response time and they're priced fairly. I'll definitely call them again when the need arises.

The owner Steve Morrow will not return calls regarding damage to my home since their service. They have repaired the plumbing that was damaged but I have damage to my ceiling in my kitchen. I've called for over a month, his secretary keeps saying she's given him the messages & no return calls. I even sent a certified letter.... no return communication. Bad business for an owner to not even return calls
