We had a block in our sewer line between our house and the main in the alley. We had been fighting it for some time and finally decided to get some professional help. We worked with Mason from DM Kelly Mechanical, got a solid quote and the crew was out in less than a week.

The collapsed sewer line was replaced and attached to the Main in one day. Between the time of receiving the quote and start of work all of our questions and concerns were answered promptly and respectfully.

The cost was competitive and reasonable and the work, when finished, was cleaned up and neat. It went from a trench extending under our cement fence foundation into the alley to a neatly filled hole ready for grass Seed.

A great crew and exceptional work we would recommend to anyone.

The company was very responsive which I truly appreciated. However, the tech they sent out a) didn't take out a tool, b) had no idea what was wrong with the fireplace c) spent about 30 minutes, most of that talking
For this, I received a bill for $300.
I would not recommend this company.

5 stars is not enough for this amazing business. DM Kelly Mechanical went above and beyond in saving the day for my elderly mom that had not one, BUT TWO plumbing issues at once. I was out of town when we learned her kitchen faucet was spewing water from the spray hose. On top of that we noticed her water bill had recently spiked and Barry found a massive leak under the crawl space due to a broken gate valve. He jumped on both issues and went out of his way to source a new faucet assembly then professionally replaced the sink faucet. He then cut and replaced the ball valve under the crawl space and re-insulated the assembly to protect it from the weather. Get this! I am out of town and my mom was so upset about the simultaneous issues, she broke out in tears and Barry stopped working, then took the time to sit on the couch to comfort her. Capable, kind and compassionate! Kolton took our original call and is a perfect gentleman and consummate professional, he scheduled us right away and he returns phone calls. DM Kelly Mechanical has set the standard for outstanding service and are simply wonderful people. They have our highest recommendation.
