Drew and Andrew were hyper responsive and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend to anyone and will use again.

I just had an unusual experience. I had called to inquire about services but did not make an appointment. I had a nightmare weekend with 2 plumbers trying to discover a leak while discovering water and mold under a linoleum floor while getting a tile job done. After having my water shut off and a lot of plumbing work done, D Lewis came out for leak detection after the whole experience was over. I did not make an appointment but for some reason they thought I had. The young man who came out was very nice and understood. I explained what had happened. He agreed not to charge me for the misunderstanding. He did take a listen with his machine to my sprinkler valves which I think was the cause of the whole problem. There was only a slight almost non-existent leak. I just wanted to say customer service like this, even for a miscommunication is rare. If and when I do need leak detection again (hopefully not!) I will definitely call D Lewis Co. After so many bad experiences with contractors this was a pleasure! Thank you D Lewis!

D Lewis was extremely professional. They came when they said they would and were able to detect the water leak very quickly. They are knowledgeable and experienced. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Andrew took the time to help over the phone, which led me to saving money. Ultimately he determined we did not have a leak, just by checking a few things over the phone. Thanks to Andrew we saved nearly $600... honest company and would definitely recommend! We will be using them in the future.

We smelled something musty in our home so went on yelp and found D Lewis Co. Called and had the pleasure of talking to Andrew. Umm can we say patient and so awesome and so nice?? We ended up finding the obvious leak ourselves and didn't need them to come out but I still wanted to write a great review for Andrew and how wonderful it was to speak to him and if we ever need a leak detection company we will for sure call these guys!!!

We were fortunate to have gotten this company's name from the plumber who eventually did the pipe work. He called when he said he would, and arrived at the time he also said. Drew electronically diagnosed the issue within an hour. There was a leak located in our foundation between the water heater and the area of water destruction. He marked the spot and wrote notes on the concrete for the plumber who would do the work. Thoughtful (took his shoes off at the door), expedient (no small talk), and perceptive (listened to our story, then knew exactly what to do). I am happy to recommend him to any friends in the area and will keep his card.

I moved out to Thousand Oaks about 5 years ago and didn't know the first thing about how to find a good leak detector or even that there was such a thing. This company was referred to me by Thousand Oaks Plumbing. Andrew called me the same day that I left them a message. He explained in detail as to their process and gave me the best and worst case scenario which I greatly appreciated. He was also very flexible with setting up an appt for me considering I have a very busy schedule. A guy named Tim came to my house to do the work. Very nice guy. He even let my puppies jump all over him and acted as if it didn't bother him. (I wouldn't blame him if it did bother him.) He was able to locate the leak pretty quickly. He gave me additional advice when I asked his a bunch of questions, which was very helpful. I paid $350 & it was all worth the money because they did a thorough job and gave me a peace of mind. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We found out the day before yesterday that we might have a leaky pipe when a representative from the water company came to the house to let us know that we had had high water usage for a couple of months. I immediately called Thousand Oaks Plumbing who referred me to D. Lewis Co to come and find the leak. Yesterday, Drew and his assistant, Jake came to our home to do their detective work. Although I didn't have any idea where the leak was, within an hour they had checked all of the plumbing in the house and found the leaky pipe. Drew and Jake were awesome and very reasonably priced. Although I would definitely call upon them again if the need arose, it is a service that you hope you won't need again.

D. Lewis Co was recommended by our plumber who does not perform leak detections. Tim just left my home. He was very professional, polite, thorough, and clean. He found the source of our leak and will provide instructions to our plumber for us. I highly recommend this company.

Drew found the water leak using CO2 and sophisticated listening equipment -- in a place where I would never have found it, in an underground valve. What a relief! He is a real pro at locating utilities and uses radar and radio frequency detection as needed.
