Warning
I paid Daron Kennedy $600 on 4/19/2018 to replace a supply line from the meter to the house. He dug a trench and placed an 1"" Pex underground. It was not connected to the meter. The other end could not be found. He was not licensed. His business was canceled according to the Virginia SCC (State Corporation Commission). I am suiting him for scam. Be aware.
