I dealt with them three times and all interactions were courteous, professional and relatively quick. I appreciated getting a call 1/2 hr before the tech showed up and the appointment times were pretty spot on. They've got the tools and the know-how.

A bsurd customer service. I called because their web site says they are a dealer for a product called Root X (to kill roots in a drain line). Asked if they sold Root X to the public. I was told that they did. They gave me instructions on how to find them and I told them I would drive down from the heights to buy some. When I arrived at the address - no signs - went in the wrong business and wandered around another building until a man told me they were upstairs. Went up and was advised that they do not sell Root X to the public - they have to apply the product! Ridiculous. Avoid.

We spent 35k to have Williams Mechanical replace three units three years ago; we had a very positive experience with this transaction. Annette and her team were responsive, their quote was competitive and the work was completed on time and well done. Because of this experience, we continued to use Williams for all of our plumbing needs. The last couple of experiences with in the last year have been less than positive (apparently they weren't able to keep plumbers for a period of time, so there was difficulty getting them out for plumbing jobs, long response times, multiple visits to complete one job), but because of our initial experiences, we continued to use Williams Mechanical.

I contacted the office this week to request someone to come out due to an urgent (not emergency) plumbing issue on a part that Williams Mechanical had previously replaced. The office said they ""couldn't find the paperwork"" for the job (despite me having the invoice in my hand). I e-mailed Annette (owner) and she replied saying that she would get back to me by the end of the day - she didn't, nor did the office. I waited two days, then called and e-mailed the office and Annette again - no response. I again waited another day and e-mailed Annette again - no response. We are now 5 days out from when we initially contacted Williams and have an emergency plumbing issue.

If you had asked me three years ago, I would have given Williams Mechanical 5 stars without a doubt. Tens of thousands of dollars of business and three years later, my opinion has completely changed. If you are looking for a responsive company who values your business, I can't say that you will find this at Williams Mechanical.

I love this company. We've been using them for a few years now to do our seasonal changeovers and work on our heating and cooling systems whenever something goes wrong. The owner is a woman, and it's obvious to me that she genuinely cares about her customers. These people always show up on time, with a phone call ahead of the visit to let us know they're on their way, and they always do fantastic work for us. All the guys who've come out to our house have been wonderful. Brett is the one who is sent most often, and he's just the best. He always does a perfect job, and he's been so kind and generous with his time. Can't say enough good things about these people.

I had a furnace replaced at my home, which turned out to be a very difficult job. I researched companies and received bids from 4. The price range was incredible! I chose Williams mechanical because their reviews, as well as price. Annette was incredible. Customer service of the highest quality! This company is responsive, efficient, honest and does five star work. Based on my experience I know they will stand behind their work. The job became more extensive than quoted, no hassles whatsoever she never changed the price on me.I highly recommend this company and when I am in need of any heating or cooling I will definitely be a repeat customer! Very reasonable prices, honest.....I just can't say enough!Thank you Annette!

Purchased an HVAC mini-split zoned by room central system from them in 12' to replace an out of date furnace and swamp cooler combo. Good system. Fast forward 6 years. One unit stops function. Yes, it naturally is already out of warranty. However I call them since they know the install and learned that the husband/wife combo is now just the wife and the husband who I worked with is not longer involved. Not good-she is uncaring and difficult to work with. I try to get them to come out and check it out and that is a fiasco-first it is brutal to even try to get something scheduled and then they want to charge me time and a half to diagnose it after I get off of work at 5 pm-they say that is after hours. I was already a customer and this is how I am treated.

I finally decide to use another HVAC contractor that is licensed for install/service for Fujitsu as the manufacturer and lo and behold they immediately ID the issue is that the units were installed WAY TO CLOSE to the ceiling which hinders airflow and leads to air blower failure. The crazy part is that the instructions for proper install are right there in the standard owner's manual.

I mean how can they get that wrong? I hired them to follow the specs and protocol as a licensed contractor for Fujitsu who has installed this prior to mine and they total got it wrong for all 3 indoor wall units in the house and it was not even close-the clearance is supposed to be 18"" and all 3 are 12"" or less-how does this happen and who knows how many other customers have been impacted?! Hello pending small claims court suit-I had to spend over $1000 to get this diagnosed correctly and get a new blower installed on the unit in question-who knows how much more I will have to pay if the other 2 go out as well.

When we set out to install a completely different heating and cooling system in our home, we wanted to feel comfortable that the investment we were making was a good one. So we investigated mini-split heat pump technology. Mitsubishi and Fujitsu seem to be the leading producers of these energy-efficient systems.

We asked for competitive bids from two sources and awarded the work to Williams Mechanical, LLC of Albuquerque, a family-owned heating, cooling and plumbing business.

We're glad we did.

From our initial meeting with owner Annette Meier and Comfort Consultant & Install Manager Mike Mollica until our project was completed, we were delighted with the friendly and professional bearing of everyone who worked on the installation.

At the same time, we also elected to replace our elderly 50-gallon water heater. It was installed in a single day.

As part of the changeover to the mini-split system. Williams removed our two evaporative coolers (which they donate to the needy) and sealed the roof openings.

Because our Pueblo style home features several different roof levels, it presented unique challenges for the Williams installers. They dealt with them carefully and professionally.

Throughout the process, our questions were answered courteously and patiently, noise and disruption were minimized, and cleanup was done daily. Brett, Alex, Anthony, others -- all were great to work with.

In short, Williams Mechanical met or exceeded all our expectations. We recommend them highly.

What a find. It is hard to ask more from a company.
I had an old wall furnace that would not fire. Bret came out on a Saturday for what was I think William's regular service call rate and not only diagnosed the problem, an old defective gas value, but he had a replacement value in his truck! A short time later he had installed the new value. Nice guy, very competent, great service. AS I said above, what a find. Williams is now my go to company.

Called them to take a look at an HVAC leak in my rental house in Albuquerque on 8/27/18. We set the appointment for 10-noon for them to come on 8/28/18. I received an email confirmation that they were coming and that they would call my property manager before they came. I received a call a 8:30am that they were 20 minutes away. I told them the instructions were to call my property manager as I was in California. They agreed. It is now 2 days later and according to my property manager, they never showed up. No call to me or our property manager. I called them on 8/29/18 to ask what had happened. The girl on the phone said she would check into it and call me back. No call back and it is going on another day. Can't rate you any higher if you don't show up or let me know what is going on. I have moved onto another 5 Star business.

We had Williams mechanical come out to give us an estimate on replacing our evaporative cooling system with HVAC. Their representative was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and thorough in her explanation of everything we needed. Her quote was very reasonable. We wound up going with a different company, simply because we are already previous customers, but we would have no problem calling Williams if we ever need a different provider in the future.
