On November 9, scheduled an appointment for November 11. Waited the 4 hour window and nobody showed.

On November 23 scheduled for November 25. Again, waited the 4 hour window and nobody showed. Even confirmed with dispatch, who verified for me that they were still coming. No-show .

Received a text on the 25th to reschedule for the 26th. Another 4 hours, another no-show.

Sorry to say, not a reliable company.

Services were requested through American Home Shield to fix our septic system. The guy told us that he was not qualified to do the job after he completed it. He bought the wrong pump and took our switch out of our electrical box without telling us. Called, followed up multiple times and even texted me on August 4th that the new pump would be in Tuesday. Now he doesn't answer the phone or call us back. Now we have to fight with American Home Shield to get it fixed again. More money coming out of my retired grandma's pocket.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We contacted them through American Home Shield with an emergency water heater leakage situation on Wednesday morning 10/11. We were told that no one would be able to come out until Saturday 10/14 at noon, despite the urgency of the situation. Today when noon comes and goes, we call them. A young lady answered the phone and stated that they had am emergency service in another city that they had to attend to. We got no phone call making us aware that they were no longer coming or any type of communication on their end. As we questioned how they were able to go to an emergency service when they were unable to come to us on Monday when we had an emergency the young lady preceded to say "" I'm not about to argue with you sir. What the hell"" and hung up. We contacted American Home shield regarding the situation and they stated that she would need to find us another company because D&H would no longer be servicing us because they were cursed at by us. They lied and said that we cursed at them when they are the ones that cursed at us. Unbelievable.

Dewayne and Hunter came out on a Saturday to fix several plumbing issues - hot water heater, laundry faucet, sump pump. Both the scheduler and the plumbers offered amazing service.

my daughter bought her first home. Garbage disposal had so much corrosion in and out. these guys did an awesome job replacing it with a new one.
Also, she had a leak in the laundry room, and they found that problem and fixed it as well. We definitely recommend these guys.

Fantastic service! Highly recommend!

We had a leak from a shutoff valve in the wall behind our fridge that forced us to shut water off to the house.

D&H reached out right away after we put in a home warranty claim. After issues with my phone not connecting/receiving their calls, their dispatcher passed on the problem with the phone and the service team reached out directly via text to confirm that they would be there that afternoon after they finished a job out of our area.

They showed as promised, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired the problem.

We really appreciated them going the extra mile to get in touch with us and get out same day so we could restore our water. Service was fast, courteous, and professional! These guys were great, and we'll definitely be going back for any future plumbing needs!
