Got several quotes for toilet repair. Felt best about quote from Don because he avtually asked questions about the issue including some specifics about the internals of the toilet. Estimate was 1/2 of some others. Work was done quickly and paid exactly what was estimated. Highly recommend.

I joke that Yelp is my little food blog sometimes because I will forget that I've been to places and check out reviews only to see my own. This wasn't quite the same. I remember using D. E. Mathieu a few years back. I was a fool and forgot to remove the hoses from the spigots before the freeze. The pipe burst and sprayed water all over my basement. The good news is, it only occurred when we tried to use the spigot.

I couldn't remember who I used but then I remember I wrote a review on yelp. I called them back up and he came out the next day. He fixed the one bib and then graciously adjusted one of the washers on the other because the seal had gotten loose. He told us nicely to make sure we remove the hoses. I'm pretty sure I won't forget next time!
