Brian and Jeremy came out last minute and accommodated our schedule. They were so nice and explained everything so well to us. Reasonable price and great service! Highly recommend them!
Bought my house in 2004, and had our 1st sewer drain root problem in 2010. I used root kill after that, but apparently not regularly enough. We had to have it rooted again in August 2016. I used D&D that 2nd time and had a great experience with them. They became my go-to for plumbing issues. 2 months later it happened again, in the same general pipe area under the house. Roots could not have grown back so quickly after 2 months (6 year reference point two times show otherwise), especially since I began using professional grade root kill often. I attributed it to recent very heavy rain, an old house, and annoying relatives living with us who might have flushed things they shouldn't. Brian came back, took care of it again. He found a few things clogging; some roots and wipes. I thought it odd that it was clogging so soon, but figured crappy roommates and old plumbing.
Last night, Feb 20, 2017, it backed up yet again 4 months later (3rd time in about 6 months). The relatives living with us knew not to flush anything but TP (because I said I would kick them out and charge them for all previous plumbing repairs if they were the cause). I find it odd for a clog to reoccur so soon when in the past it took many years. Possibly a more serious line problem going on.
My wife called to set up an appointment with D&D. The assistant asked if we needed a camera or not. My wife said ""I don't know, you know what you are doing so whatever you think is best"" or something like that. She may have been rushed or a little short because she was at work when she called, but she was not rude (coworkers in the same room as her during the call will back that up). The assistant handed the phone over to Brian and he said he did not want our business because of how she was to the other employee. If anything, my wife becomes nicer when she needs something. She called back a little later to explain again to Brian and smooth things over. He blamed our roommates for flushing stuff they shouldn't and left it at that. Again, he said we should go elsewhere. Maybe he was afraid I may have assumed he did a shoddy job because the clog kept coming back, or did not want to take the chance of dealing with a potential ""problem customer"". I thought we got along well in the past so maybe my wife really did have an attitude. Maybe he was having a bad day. I don't know.
Another plumber thinks there are a few possible reasons for needing multiple rootings in such a short span. He said it is most likely that the previous rooting(s) used minimal drilling/bit sizes and the clog was not completely cleared. The other possibilities are serious problems with the drain line, or that items were flushed that shouldn't be. I won't know until he gets here and looks at it. Either way, it looks like I am not going back to D&D no matter how much I liked the guy.
Joe P.Hot water heater started leaking and tried getting quotes from a variety of companies. There was hardly any company that would even give a ballpark quote without coming out. My feeling is they were hoping you'd be desperate once they arrive. D&D were straight shooters from the front. Spoke with Brian and he gave a quote right away and answered some concerns we had after getting quotes/ideas from other companies. Felt he gave honest and sincere advice, along with a quote $500 cheaper for installing the same unit another company quoted us. Within a five minute conversation I knew he was the guy for us. I told wife I had a great feeling after speaking with Brian. Came promptly the next morning and was done within a couple hours. Left the place spotless (even with dirty snow and salt all over our driveway/garage). Very respectful of our home and making sure there was no sign of work done, outside of our new unit.
Definitely will keep D&D in mind for future work!
Great service, I called Brian on a Saturday night due to an issue with my main sewer line being clogged. Not only did he spend considerable time discussing the issue with me at night, but he offered, and did, come over early Sunday morning to fix the problem. Can't say enough about Brian and D&D. Great service above and beyond what would reasonably be expected and very fair price for work performed. Brian is a great guy, nice sense of humor (considering he works in crap a lot of the time), very knowledgeable and cleaned up when done. Highly recommend.
Excellent service, truly felt Brian was very honest. On time and professional. Reasonable pricing. I stongly recommend this business. Thanks Brian

Lisa H.Had an excellent experience with D&D plumbing today. It's hard to find honest companies to help when our small business is in need. Today, I felt like I was treated with honesty, integrity, and I felt like my small business was respected while the work was being done. I truly appreciated it.
Wife Nancy competently and pleasantly worked to fit us in, and husband Brian showed up as promised and was honest, professional, competent and affordable in fixing our problem. In other words, D & D Plumbing demonstrated all those traits you want in a contractor but rarely find. We highly recommend D & D Plumbing and will be using them again in the future!
I called them last night for some water backup/rodding work - Brian showed up at 8am, did a great job - very nice guy! He also explained a lot to me about my plumbing system, which was awesome. He put in a lot of time to get things right and I just really appreciate that kind of service. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend for sure!!
I had a hot water blockage in our main bath shower valve. I had 2 different companies come to check it out. The first stated they would have to cut the valve out and put it back in to clear the blockage. D & D (Brian) came out and fixed in about 20 minutes for a 1/3 of the price of the first company without cutting anything. Very pleased! Thank you!
Brian P.Honest, professional, affordable and easy to work with is a killer combo! When you find someone in any field that does things how you would do it, hire them and hang on to the number! So glad I was referred the them.
