We always call D&D for any of our plumbing needs. Stacy is great at getting us in as soon as possible and working with our schedule.
Scott is my go to plumber... we recently remodeled our house and when he was installing fixtures, he would give advice on placement and be upfront about how much work/cost it would actually take. With his advice it saved us a lot of time and money and helped us make decisions faster. Sometimes you want things one way, but the logical way is the best way. Function in a bathroom is key and you don't always think about all the variables. These guys have seen so many bathrooms and so many problems that they can tell you just by looking some of the issues that you will run into and make suggestions. We will always call D&D because they are honest and reliable.

Cannot say enough good things about Jerry and Jon!

We have a radiant hydronic floor heating system, which is the main source of heat in our home, which is great when it works, but the control panel failed and we were without heat for 52 days.

After a colossal failure of our home warranty company and their In Network contractor, we were left to coordinate the repair ourselves.

Our first call was to D&D Plumbing since they had provided service to us in the past and I knew they were qualified and knowledgeable about our type of heating system.

Their team fit us into their already booked schedule and came out on a Friday afternoon. Jerry and Jon methodically found the issue and made the repair/replacement.

They remained at our home until the system was up, running and began heating.

My wife and I are most grateful for their commitment in fixing the system and getting heat into our home.

The good. I was initially told this company had suspended estimates because they were too busy to provide them. However, a week later I was informed that they were once again available and available that day if I would like. Great! I scheduled for a couple days later. Jerry, the estimator, was early, very friendly and knowledgeable. He even made some maintenance suggestions unrelated to the bid or even plumbing. I really appreciated talking with him and the advice. However, It is four weeks later and I have heard nothing about the estimate. I called two weeks ago and was told ""we only have one estimator"" and when I asked for when I could maybe expect an estimate the response was ""when it gets done"". I have since reached out again to see if maybe there is an update but now it is pure silence. No response, no call, no email.... The lack of response or even seeming concern is completely contrary to the experience I had with the Jerry. I'm very disappointed by this company.

D & D Plumbing just installed a new 50 gallon water heater for us. They gave us the low estimate, compared to the other three we had. Johnny showed up when expected and within 4 to 5 hours we had a new water heater and the old one was taken away. There were no problems with the work. The water is hot and we are happy. D & D did everything they said they would and we will call them again for plumbing work.

Teach your workers how to drive. If your guys don't know how to drive Mt rose without pulling over to let cars pass or at least go more than 25 mph, don't send them up there!

My preference of communication was email. They were willing to give me a quote for the job in an email. They went above and beyond when communicating with me and gave accurate detailed advice. The plumber arrived on schedule. And soon I had a 50 gallon natural gas hot water heater removed and replaced with a brand new Bradford water heater. Along with the State required expansion tank. It took the plumber approximately five hours to complete the job.
