This company went above and beyond with plumbing and electrical for our new home build. They were thorough, courteous, and met every need we had. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Crews showed up on time, supervisors answered my questions and retuned my phone calls. I highly recommend this company for all your electrical and plumbing needs. The young men on the crews were a delight to be around. Hard workers and helpful.

Employee lied about the service provided, owner never replied to our phone call. Customer service sucks. Paid the bill but will never recommend or use again. Very poor excuse for a business.

A technician came to my house in Crossville to check on a water meter leak. He got out of his van,it started to rain so he sat on my front porch with me. The water company happen to call just as we sat down to discuss my issue. He did not have to do ANYTHING. He went back to his van and left. I was sent a bill for snaking a drain and charged for mileage and a service call. $300. I called th owner and was told the technician had family issues and they needed to talk to him first. Well today I got a call from them asking fir $155. They basically called me a liar and did not believe my side if the issue. I told them I would never use them again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I will pay the $155. I would not have minded paying fir the mileage or service call but NO work was done and their technician lied to them. I have the first bill to prove it.
I do not recommend them at all.

The employees are very nice but the work is less than pleasurable. I once got a toilet installed by an employee, and the very next day it was already broken. Plugs have not worked after being installed, and getting them to come to my house was incredibly difficult. I once had to wait over 2 weeks while fixing my bathroom for them to come back after they left the project HALF finished. Nice people, not talented.
