I saw a laborer digging a sewer ditch at my son in law's neighbors' residence at 1101 Wade Road in Bedford, TX, 76022 on August 23, 2020. As my son in law was looking at laying a line from his shed to the city sewer I asked if he was the business owner. He stated he was not and that his boss would probably be by later. When I went by again about an hour later I saw another man an African American of stout built with curly hair wearing a baseball cap. He was busy shouting on the cell phone. I waited patiently for several minutes after he finished his call and was pointedly ignored. When I decided to walk away he acted like he had just noticed me and asked how he could help me. I told him about possibly laying a line to the city sewer from my son in law's shed and asked him if he was the business owner. He said that was none of my business. He stated that laying a pipe was no problem and gave a ball park figure that seemed ludicrous to me. I said I would like to discuss the project in mind and negotiate a cost with the business owner. He then produced a card stating that he was the owner of the business. I requested politely if we could negotiate a price. He said he did not negotiate pricing and that I could take it or leave it. I said that in that case it would be pointless to continue. He let go with several profanities as I proceeded to walk away. I asked him to stop cursing and he suddenly said I was walking on private property. I said okay I already leaving and was on city land near the street road. He came lumbering towards me and began pushing me in the chest and shoving and would not stop. I am in my early sixties and struggled to keep my balance. Certainly a rude and dangerous lout who should lose his licensee. I will be reporting him to the contractors board.

Mr. D was very responsive. Called about 12 plumbing service companies. He was the first one giving me a callback.
I asked him to do a home plumbing inspection. He, instead, suggested me to get an estimate to help me save the initial expense.

He went out to the subject property as promised. And gave me an estimate right away over the phone.

I highly recommend this company if you value your time.
He is a fast-acting business person. Don't make you wait for his call back for hours. Great business owner, and very honest.
