Called to get an estimate on fixing my boiler. They said they were very busy and would call back in a week. 3 weeks later I call again and same thing, ""very busy"" we will call you in a week. Called back 2 weeks later and they said they would call me back and set up a time. Well...... they never called back !! Not real good for business in a small town, word travels fast. If you are too busy tell me, don't lie to me !!
