We had a great experience with D Burgo Plumbing. They replaced our garbage disposal and hot water heater. They were able to get us on the schedule and the job completed in just a couple of days of my initial call. Drew Burgo was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The plumber who arrived the date of the install was actually early - never happens - and very polite. He worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased and will certainly use D. Burgo Plumbing again - and recommend them highly.

Excellent work by Dan, shady business practices by the owner.

While Dan was at my house servicing my water heater, he noticed a leak in the wall of my house. Turns out it was a homeowners-sized issue, and I will forever be grateful to Dan for finding it when he did. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of everything he was doing before he started the work.

My issue is with the billing process -- my bills from D. Burgo have always had a lump-sum amount. I don't know what I paid for parts. So now that I need to submit a receipt to my insurance company, I need to know what part of that particular visit was dedicated to ""discovery"" so I can apply it to my deductible.

When I called, I was told (twice and very clearly) that I would only be supplied with an itemized receipt if I hire D. Burgo to complete the work required to fix the leak. In other words, my itemized receipt is being held hostage until I hire them for further work.

In one phone call, I have gone from recommending D. Burgo to everyone I know to warning friends and family about them.

We called D. Burgo because we were having some draining issues. Within about an hour of calling the main office, Dan came out to help us. He was professional, kind, and took the time to determine the issue. He explained every step and how to prevent the issue from happening in the future. We also asked him to install a garbage disposal which he did flawlessly and as mentioned in previous reviews he used a drop cloth and was very clean. Dan answered every question we had and we will definitely be using him and D. Burgo in the future as this is a company that cares about providing a superior service. Highly recommended.

Called D Burgo Plumbing for an issue with my sewer line. Dan was assigned and came out and cleared the line out to the main. Dan was professional and courteous. Even had a drop cloth he put down in my foyer to not track dirt into the house. Dan kept me abreast of what was going on all along the way. First class company and first class service. Amazing service. Called answering service just prior to opening time this morning. I received a call back from Drew within 5 minutes and arrived at my home within a half hour to start service. Drew was incredibly courteous and friendly and immediately attacked our drain clog and corrected it as quickly as possible.
It was refreshing to have a service company truly understand what that means. I will keep this number on hand for future incidents and would recommend highly for emergency service. Thank You

Let me preface this by saying I did not hire D. Burgo Plumbing, this review is simply in regard to their honesty.

Friday night I notice a drip in the condensation line to my HVAC unit. It seemed bad enough by Saturday morning, that I started getting quotes from Plumbers/HVAC Repair. It was outrageous what some of the others were asking, simply to come out and give an estimate. D. Brugo was the third company I called. I explained the problem to their Tech named Drew, expecting more of the same, but he told me very honestly that I could probably fix the problem myself. In layman's terms, he explained what to do with patience and respect. I just did it. So far, the results look good.

You hear of people taken advantage of in times of trouble by unethical service providers. This is not such an organization.

Huuuuuuge shout out to D Burgo Plumbing and Heating and specifically to Danny M., who is now my forever plumber! Called back in the time the receptionist said he would, showed up right away and went above and beyond to clean out the main without leaving a giant mess in my basement for me to clean up! I have a recurring problem with my main line and have been down this road enough times to know exactly what's wrong with it, so it's been super frustrating to have a certain giant rooter service send out teenagers (no offense, teenagers) to dismiss whatever I'm trying to tell them AND stand around scratching their heads AND end up making a giant-- and I mean gargantuan, horrific-- mess AND leave it there when they go AND (here's the punch line, folks) charge me TWICE, and I mean fully twice, what D Burgo did. Icing on the cake was Danny said some very sensible things about preventing a recurrence of said problem. Needless to say, when I'm ready to take the plunge and fix it once and for all, I know who I'm calling... the same person I'm calling periodically to keep it down to a dull roar in the interim. So solid.
