Dan was one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He explained what was wrong and was very knowledgeable about the product that was failing and what he was having installed. He was fair on price, but his customer service skills made price irrelevant to me. Dan and his team had three toilets repaired in less than an hour and were fun to talk to through the whole process.
