Hayden R.I called them out to replace a defective blower motor, instead the tech took apart my whole furnace then told me they won't fix it because they found another problem, then left with the furnace in pieces. The tech left us with an $8,000 estimate for a new furnace. I'm sure this is a scam to twist your arm into getting a new furnace. He didn't seem to care that my 8 month old wouldn't have any heat to stay alive.
