Bob replaced a wall mounted toilet and a mixing valve in our shower. I appreciated the quick response and the charges were very reasonable. Bob even went out of his way to purchase a soft close toilet seat for the replacement toilet post installation. Would definitely recommend!

Bob replaced the faucet on my in laws kitchen sink and did an awesome job. They live in Terryville and we live in Wolcott CT and highly recommended Cyrious Plumbing because they are unable to do alot of what they used to do before on their own. Installed two new toilets for me. The first install went smoothly with no problems. The second one not so much. Definitely a SNAFU. Long story short...Bob was quick to respond and resolve our issues. He insured our complete satisfaction and came back multiple times to ensure everything was working properly. He truly went the extra mile. I called Bob on a referral from a neighbor to repair a leaking baseboard heater joint. Bob answered on my first call, and within a few hours was at my house to assess and fix the problem. He worked efficiently, was extremely courteous, and clearly had the knowledge to fix the problem in a timely manner. The cost of the repair was reasonable, but more importantly, I trust the work he did and I now have a trustworthy plumber to call if anything else needs to be repaired. Hard to find honest contractors these days, but Bob is definitely one of the good ones.

Asked to have a new faucet and handles installed- was left with the original ones except in broken , inoperative condition and was charged $90.00. The new faucet brought by the plumber was the wrong size - he apparently guessed at the size and then informed me that I should have told him the measurement. He decided to just leave it broken and collect his big fee.

I recently had an issue with our garbage disposal that stopped working. I called Bob after finding him online, and they responded very quickly. After looking over the issue, Bob offered 2 options for a new disposal - which I knew would happen from looking up the issue on some DIY sites. Both options were very reasonable. I ended up choosing the higher priced option, even though Bob was leaning more towards the lower option, which was refreshing in and of itself. While completing the work on replacing the disposal, Bob actually took care of another issue that I had, with no extra charge.

Bob was extremely courteous, prompt, and friendly. He was also very respectful - using the little booties that slip over your shoes each time that he came into my house. I would highly recommend Cyrious Plumbing for any issues that you might have. I know I will definitely use Bob should I ever have the need for a plumber again.

Woke up at 5:00am to go to the gym and went to turn on the hot water and no water came out of the faucet. My immediate thought was the hot water heater but there was no water at all. I went to the basement and stepped in water. I heard running water coming from behind a panel in the utility closet. Opened the panel and my fears were realized when a deluge of water was coming from the pipes. Fortunately, the pipe shutoffs were directly above the break and I was able to get the water turned off.

The last time I needed to call them, they provided me with a magnet with their information that I had kept on the fridge. I was so impressed the last time they came out that I gave them a call again. I figured that since it was now only 5:30am, that there was no way that I was going to get anyone out this early. I called and left a message on the machine. I was quite surprised when I received a call back less than 5 minutes later and told that they would be out within the hour. I honestly assumed that because of the time of morning I would be charged with an ""after hours"" and/or ""emergency service"" charge.

Bob and his son showed up and were extremely polite and courteous (goes a long way with me), especially for it being so early in the morning. Apparently the pipes had frozen overnight and disconnected the joint. Less than an hour later the pipes were repaired, and I got new shutoffs too. No hidden charges and no additional charges. Gave them a tip to get breakfast on me for the amazing work.

Can't speak highly enough about this family run business!!
