My problem is the bill. the fixed a leak in the tub and installed a new faucet. They had to move the dishwasher to turn off the water. $120 for 15 minutes of work for labor and $66 to move the dishwasher. $715.00 for the 2 things and moving dishwasher is extra labor in addition to the $120/15 minutes. I did call, was told the manager would call back. Done waiting. Never use again or recommend

Had a plumber come out for a leak in the kitchen. Replaced a part after not able to find the problem. Leak became worse. Second visit didn't fix anything but told me to order parts and charged me more. I Still had a leak so bad I had to shut of the water. I have had no running water for two days. I sent an email and received a call early the next day but was extremely rude. Refused to sent a different plumber after telling him I was uncomfortable about the first one returning. Unprofessional, expensive and problem not solved. I called Tranquility Plumbing who fixed the problem within an hour!

This company is very honest and professional! The service techs know what they are doing, and take the time to find the issue! I used them to repipe my house and I have never had an issue with the my pipes since! When the faucet in my bathroom was dripping they tried their best to fix the one part, but the faucet was badly corroded so they installed a brand new one for a reasonable price. Overall, a great company for all your plumbing needs! They don't believe in selling you things you don't need or upselling to make more money. They truly believe in servicing the denizens of Southwest Florida!

Our water heater went out on Christmas Eve. I called Cypress Plumbing and they had a plumber at our house within an hour. The water heater was replaced shortly thereafter. They left saying that they would look into the warranty after Christmas. The day after Christmas, they called to tell me that Rheem would be warrantying the heater and they would be refunding much of my payment! If you're looking for a prompt, honest plumber, Cypress is who you should call.
