I called Cypress Plumbing on a Wednesday morning and secured an appointment for the following morning, window of 8AM - 10AM for arrival. The office called at 7:45 that morning and let me know a plumber was on his way. He showed up about 15 minutes later to start the job. We were having a main water shutoff added to our home, a job that was a bit too important for us to attempt as a DIY project! The gentleman who did the work was quick, skilled, and very kind. The job was done in a bit over two hours, including a run to the box store for a part that was needed. As this was my first experience hiring a plumber, I was nervous that it would be outrageously expensive and cause me to miss a whole day of work. It was not! I feel the price was very fair, and clearly articulated on the bill. I paid with credit card right there in my driveway and he left. I am exceedingly pleased with my experience and will definitely be calling on Cypress Plumbing again when I need help with my aging plumbing system.

great service from Aaron and his trainee, he knew the problem, snaked the toilet, and tested out the flushing before he left. recommended a new toilet but we knew we needed one anyway, our's was ancient. highly satisfied!! and they are close to home so we had the last job of the day.

After firing another plumber, we found Cypress Plumbing. Steve showed up the next morning, fixed our leak under the floor, filled in the excavation and charged a reasonable amount. I am very impressed by Cypress Plumbing and would certainly would recommend them.

Stay away . The tech that came to my home was nice enough but he took a very long time I just redid what he did because I didn't like the faucet fixture it took me 15 minutes they charged me two and a half hours and the office staff was so rude they told me why didn't I do it myself. Like I said their technician was nice the office is highly rude I wouldn't do business with these thieves if you paid me. It was not two and a half hours and they said it's 3 hours that he was here that is still extremely way too long and they wrecked me for the money stay away from this company they're a rip off. Please see the pictures you'll know it's not 3 hours it's all bs. If the staff in the office wasn't so nasty and rude they probably wouldn't have this review like I said the technician was nice but the amount of hours that they're saying it took it should have never been that long never stay away from them

Came to my house to figure out why my septic tank was backed up. The guy digs a hole in the ground and exposed a hole in my sewer pipe. He did not fix it but still charged $95, I had to repipe it myself. Then this company calls me today 1 month and 15 days later telling me they got a return check even though we saw them take out the money. Scammers and Liars.

I hired cypress plumbing in winter haven to fix a wannabe plumber from Craigslist. Well this place charges $95 an hour which is ridiculously expensive. It's crazy why people go to school to get a doctors degree and spend so much money, instead they should go to school to be a plumber. Well one they charged us a $500 for 3hrs. They take there fairy time and work so slow like a turtle to rack the hours and they needed a part from Lowe's that's 7 min away it took him 45min. Avoid this place at all cost.

I called them to change out a kitchen faucet. A trainee who did not seem to know what he was doing was the person who changed out the faucet. Our dishwasher worked before they came. After they came no water would go in our dishwasher to wash the dishes. We felt it was not a coincidence that after they changed out the faucet that water would not go in our dishwasher. It took many calls to get them to come out. Sure enough it was their fault our dishwasher did not work. We had to wash dishes for three meals because of this and we were not happy. When I pay $110.00 for a kitchen faucet changeout I expect a professional job and I do not feel I received a professional job. I will not use them again.

Very thankful we found this company! The plumber who came to our home was personable and efficient and got right down to the problem in record time. The price was very reasonable as well.
