Someone here wrote that Joe Sousa /Cypress Lakes Plumbing is a keeper and I couldn't agree more. Joe was professional from the word GO. His wife/office manager was wonderful to work with to. He responded quickly to our call. Promised to come out at 9 am the next day. He called to let us know he was on the way. He showed up as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Worked quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with his work. I wish every contractor was like Joe. He is definitely a keeper!

If anyone is in need of a plumber, please give Cypress Lake Plumbing a call. Joe came in last week to fix a few things in our house. He took the time to explain what was wrong and also gave me a few tips for next time.
But today I actually got a Thank You note from them. The service provided was great and price was reasonable but it's the little things that will keep me calling him back. Thank you Joe.

What a find! After calling several plumbers for someone to do work in our home here in The Woodlands, a good friend suggested Cypress Lakes Plumbing. I talked to the owner, Joe, on the phone and it was obvious from just that interaction he was the guy I wanted working in my home. I wasn't disappointed. He was prompt, he removed his shoes, he cleaned his area when he was finished and he did excellent work for a fair price. I don't write many reviews...but Joe at Cypress Lakes Plumbing is a keeper!
