Pat D.Got my second service from Cypress so they could check my heater as the winter cold sets in. This time I had a technician named Joshua. He did an excellent job. Came right in the time window agreed upon, gave me some good practical information on my unit, replaced the filter, and was able to make sure the system was running correctly. Very friendly and made everything easy. Highly recommend Cypress and if you get Joshua, you will certainly be taken care of.
My HVAC system was installed by Cypress 15 years ago. I had them come out just to make sure everything was working properly. Joshua was the technician that came out. He was friendly and helpful. Explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. I recommend them highly.
Joseph D.I had a problem with the thermostat for the heater. It would come on then not. I had worked on my HVAC unit myself and everything worked except coming on and off. The inducer motor worked perfectly. The Blower motor as well. The tech? Joshua spent 5 minutes looking at it. All I could see was him standing on the ladder into the crawl space of the roof where the unit is. No testing equipment. I have it in my ring he only carried in the ladder. I'm waiting for him to tell me the circuit board is faulty, the wires are faulty. Instead he says the Inducer motor is bad. I said that's funny worked every time I turned the unit on. Being I had looked at it and had my wife turn it on different times trying to figure why the heat wasn't coming on. He said I'll give you an estimate $1200 just for the motor. When he left I went up the ladder noticed he cracked the clip to the wire. I noticed the dust was missing in a line a tell tail sign it just happened. When I moved the clip you could see the wire to the inducer motor was cut. So not only did this genius not fix my unit he just cost me minimum $300 for a new motor wholesale. Don't trust these people. He asked me for a good rating before I saw what he did and by my word I gave him one. To some people integrity means something. He made sure to ask and they sent the rating text right away. Covers their asses. Don't buy into it. I'm wondering how many people bought inducer motors from them. I wouldn't trust this company to change a light bulb. They scammed a retired vet. Let's take a lie detector test at the PD I'm ready.
Joshua came out for our annual fall maintenance. He was super friendly, asked all the right questions, and most importantly looked over the system. He knew his stuff and even suggested a small add on to our compressor to help it run smoother, but with no pressure. He was great and I would recommend Cypress Heating and Air without hesitation.

Rovelle C.I called Cypress Heating & Air this morning, hoping to get one of their techs out today, I figured though that there'd be no way to get someone out here today since we're in a heatwave and today is Monday and i know how people have problems but dont wanna call service techs out on the weekends but to my surprise, Joanne said yes, we can send a tech out this morning. Sweet!!! My tech showed up not long after, and his name was Cody. He got to work right away and found out rather quickly that I was either having a problem with my capacitor or my fan motor was out. Cody installed a new capacitor, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the fan motor. I say, unfortunately, though, because odds were that I'd have to wait until tomorrow because I have an older unit and parts are harder to find. I really need this taken care of today, though, my wife and daughters, and my self had a very hot, uncomfortable weekend and just can't take another night of this heat. I called other companies for nearly an hour, and no one had the parts I needed, but on my last call, I got lucky and found someone who could help today. I wanna thank Cypress Heating & Air for their prompt service. They answered their phone right away, and we're very pleasant. Cody was a great guy and tried his very best to get things done today, but it was out of their hands, Having a very old unit made it difficult to find what was needed. I do plan on upgrading soon, something more energy efficient. I definitely will contact Cypress Heating & Air to do the work.
