I called Cypress Heating & Air this morning, hoping to get one of their techs out today, I figured though that there'd be no way to get someone out here today since we're in a heatwave and today is Monday and i know how people have problems but dont wanna call service techs out on the weekends but to my surprise, Joanne said yes, we can send a tech out this morning. Sweet!!! My tech showed up not long after, and his name was Cody. He got to work right away and found out rather quickly that I was either having a problem with my capacitor or my fan motor was out. Cody installed a new capacitor, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the fan motor. I say, unfortunately, though, because odds were that I'd have to wait until tomorrow because I have an older unit and parts are harder to find. I really need this taken care of today, though, my wife and daughters, and my self had a very hot, uncomfortable weekend and just can't take another night of this heat. I called other companies for nearly an hour, and no one had the parts I needed, but on my last call, I got lucky and found someone who could help today. I wanna thank Cypress Heating & Air for their prompt service. They answered their phone right away, and we're very pleasant. Cody was a great guy and tried his very best to get things done today, but it was out of their hands, Having a very old unit made it difficult to find what was needed. I do plan on upgrading soon, something more energy efficient. I definitely will contact Cypress Heating & Air to do the work.

the worst. had the heater and aircondition replaced 2 years ago. spent 10k . heater is located in attic. in about a month i noticed a tremendously increased gas bill . i did not pay attention to this and blamed it on increased usage during winter time. However, when I called for service to address a clogged condensate line the tech mentioned that a duct was disconnected. Told Cypress nobody goes up there but only them . Explained could it be possible one of their workers knocked out the connection. cuz it occurred as soon as they were done installing. I believe it is their professional duty to check if everything is in good order before leaving worksite. Cypress denies their culpability and they want me to pay for a job they messed up. i had no choice but to have duct repaired fixed or theyll leave it disconected. i do agree to pay for clogged drain line. They are more interested to have me sign up for their annual plan than addressing to fix a minor job they botched. I chose Cypress in full confidence that they will have customer satisfaction and reliability. I was wrong. I would not recommend this company. stay away!!

Our 20-year old HVAC had a leaking issue. We called some company and they sent a guy and send a quote asking for $17k for installing a new unit.

So we called Cypress. They set up an appointment for the next day. Michael showed up on time. He's very professional and nice. He fixed the leak issue and charged us less than $100. Their service is incredible.

We highly recommend Cypress and Michael for AC repairs!

Our 20-year-old a/c system broke down during a heat wave in July. I called Cypress and Rodney came right over to advise us of our options. We chose to install a new system and the crew at Cypress had us up and running the following afternoon with a new system. After a week with no air it was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The crew were amazing, hardworking, professional men. I will always use them in the future!

We really needed a New Heater and air ducts.. THE WORKS.. After shopping around, I spoke to Gary and he was awsome. He came to give us a quote and he was super prepared. He knew what he was talking about and answered all our questions. He came with pictures and information, it was great. He listened to us and he was very detailed oriented. Nothing like the other people that came. He really helped us with everything. He has such a great personality. Now Tony and Ozzy came to install everything. They were also great. They were very nice and professional. They were always on time (a little earlier). Made sure they had everything covered so it stayed clean. Answered questions and also had great personalities. Very detailed oriented, which I love. Even vacuumed after.
In all, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company. I would say to ASK FOR Gary, Tony and Ozzy for an amazing job

A great company to tend to your heating and air. Don't be confused with Cypress Heating and Cooling. Cypress Heating and Air installed our system and tankless and have been the only ones to touch our system. I highly recommend their services.

In the middle of a heatwave, our ac died. Cypress was responsive and helpful. Gary Alderete listened to our needs and drew up several choices for our consideration. The crew was polite, worked diligently and installed our units in a timely manner. Our home was left clean at the end of the job.
