I never leave reviews. But today I had the best service from Jerome @ Roto-Rooter. Jerome was so nice and worked very hard. He went up and Beyond any service I've had in the past.
Thank you Jerome and to the office staff. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

Based on personal, recent, experience, DO NOT CALL ROTOROOTER.
We called them because we THOUGHT there would be safety in a name brand. We were WRONG! We called about our plumbing backing up, and they sent two (Nice) young guys out, who proceeded to run a snake auger through a 30 section of septic pipe. The pair CLAIMED that they hit ""something"", and that the line was now completely clean. After a weak, incomplete flush, as we had before, they left. We called ROTOROOTER back, and again, they sent two guys out, who repeated their previous performance and declared the problem fixed. After a third call back, which they charged us for yet again, we looked for an honest plumber. We found Freedom Services, who came out and fixed the problem, which was NEVER the main line, as I told ROTOROOTER at the first, second, and third visit. (This line was dug up a few days later, and there was NO BLOCKAGE of any sort)
All rotorooter wants to do is the minimum, easiest work so they can bill you, without any regard as to whether they fix your problem, or not.
AVOID AVOID AVOID, at all costs, because YOU will pay those costs.

Disassembled heater face to ""diagnose"" did not reassemble. Extraordinarily unprofessional in every conceivable way.

Frank and Eldon did what no one else would even try. They installed a Dickinson Newport propane stove in our tiny house just in time! They beat the freeze, AND did a beautiful job. We are grateful!

eview for Home Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning in Farmington (Aztec)
Frank the owner was very nice, came to service our tankless water heater. Couldn't get the lines to flush, tried for 3.5 hours without success, and tried charging 437. FOR HIS TIME. No service was done, no parts were replaced. He settled for 350 but still, NOTHING WAS DONE. 350 Dollars down the drain and half a day wasted for someone to unsuccessfully flush our water heater. Never again.

My sister called this company to come out to figure out what was wrong with her heater. The tech named Jerry put zero effort in to try to figure out the problem. He told my sister she needed a wind cap that she ordered from Southwest Mobile Home Supplies. The man at San Juan Mobile Home Supplies cautioned my sister that they at Home Plumbing and Heating probably had no idea and she did not the part. My sister paid 160.00 for nothing I can handle the 89.00 diagnostic fee but they did nothing else to try to figure out what was wrong. I called for her to try to clear up this matter but we kept getting the run around. Southwest Mobile home supplies gave a number to another heating company and they are working on getting the problem solved. If I were any of you looking for a plumbing and heating company DO NOT go with Home Plumbing and Heating out of Aztec unless you want crappy service.

We have a home warranty and started a claim for a plumbing issue. Home Plumbing accepted the work order from the warranty company. Over 90 minutes after the end of the service window I finally got a call. The technician started off complaining about the home warranty company and after trying to find out if he was in fact coming out he decided to not come out. So we still have a plumbing problem which we had to reconnect with the warranty company and hopefully we will get a reliable plumbing company this time. Do not rely on Home Plumbing to live up to their commitments.
