David and helper did a very good job for me. I had a new toilet installed , kitchen pipe replaced, garbage disposal removed in the same visit. I'm very satisfied with there service. I would highly recommend this company. My mother used this company for years.

i am a first time customer and the services and repair to my outdoor faucet was awesome and 1/2 the price of the local large service providers that had someone ready to repair that day (its a wonder why they are double the price and their vans have fancy paint jobs).

He overcharged me by 1/2 and overcharged my next door neighbor by 1 full hour. Also had to listen to his political views non-stop. He replaced my hot water pump and it has never worked properly since he replaced it. The quality of their work is well below average. Now I am calling another plumber to correct his poor quality work.

Well....They got back to me fairly promptly despite their workload, and I spoke with an admin person to explain our problem (low water pressure on our outdoor spigots). A plumber came out a week later (which was fine since my problem wasn't technically an emergency) and asked me if I had a shut-off valve somewhere in the house (I am new to the house so I wasn't sure, but thought maybe a mysterious valve in my closet could be what he meant). He went to the closet, turned on the valve and voila, we have water pressure! And then voila, he had a $110 check for the service call. He seemed contrite to take money for such an easy fix (and also admitted that this was the second call that day with such a simple resolution). So my gripe is, why couldn't I have gotten a chance to speak with a plumber just to do a quick diagnosis before he wasted his time and my money for literally a ten-second, a-monkey-could've-done-it service call? I still feel really foolish, so I guess it's Shame on Me. Be really? $110 for turning on a valve? Come on, man.

I called at about 1 pm in the afternoon to try to schedule an appointment and was told the technicians call back to schedule their own appointments and that I should expect someone to call me back the following morning at the latest. They never called back! I called a different company, David Sulouff plumbing, and the business owner returned my call in less than an hour and even came to my home the same day.
I will not call Cyphers again.

Finally, An Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC company that is responsive (within 48hrs of calling), speedy, honest and upfront with fair and reasonable pricing. I first used them for an HVAC issue which was promptly repaired at half what other companies wanted. The experience was so great I called them back for second option on a plumbing issue I had. They called out the competitor's misdiagnosis provided me with the correct diagnosis which included a detailed list of parts pricing and labor that was a fraction of their competitors. They came out with all the parts on the repair trip and completed the repairs promptly. The technician was very courteous, polite and left the site cleaner than it was when they got there.

Called with an emergency and was told I'd have to wait until the morning and someone would call me back. This was at 6pm it's now over 24 hours later and No one has called me back. Why bother offering after hours emergency calls. I would never call them again for any service.
