Used this company twice and both times were satisfactory. First time was to change the starter on the water heater and second was to change the water heater and some valves. Service was quick and clean and Phil was great. The second time was a Sunday afternoon which is considered an emergency call and Phil was at my house within an hour of me calling.

We had the plumber come in to run lines to our washer and dryer in our kitchen. The plumber failed to secure the piping so when water and gas ran through the pipes the pipes would shake and make a loud rattling. Further, when there was a leak AFTER he had worked with the pipes, the plumber refused to come back and look at the leak. He was not personable and was appeared annoyed when we had questions about the height of some of the pipes (which is now causing us problems with our washer's waste line).
