I called for service to repair several leaking faucets, but was told the appointment would be three weeks out. However, the receptionist said she would talk to Dan to see if he had any available time to work me in. Dan called the next day and he said because I lived close by he would drop by some time in a day or so, on Friday, to see if he could help me. I waited at home all day, but he never came or called and the office has not called to follow up. I am very disappointed because this company was recommended to me by a friend. I guess they don't need the business, so I will move on.
