Jayson L.Our business in Glendora had an emergency toilet backup situation on a Friday late afternoon and to my surprise Rico from Cyclone Plumbing answered the phone (on the first ring) and came out early the next morning (Saturday morning). He sent a camera down the line and showed me how far out the clog was. He then cleared the line and then sent the camera back down to make sure it was clear. He was very patient with me and explained exactly what he was doing. The price was way cheaper than what I was expecting for this job. I was expecting this to be a lot due to being a Saturday and the fast response but it was cheaper than what I usually pay for a plumber to just come snake the line (Yes this has happened before). Since Rico has cleared the line and verified with his camera it's been holding up a lot longer than it usually does. We actually haven't had it backup since he came out over 6 months ago. This used to be an every other month thing we would have to do.
