I called Cy Blue Plumbing late at night when a laundry room faucet started leaking badly. My neighbor has used Cy Blue for 30+ years, so I hoped to hear back from someone the next morning after leaving a message. Instead of getting voice mail, Jane answered the phone and promised to have a plumber call me ASAP. Within 10 minutes, Kenny called me back and took enough info to diagnose the problem. Had I asked him to come out that night, I'm sure he would have done so. Instead, he arrived at 8:00am the next morning and was done within an hour. I am so impressed by the customer service and overall attention to detail, I will recommend Cy Blue to everyone I know. Two weeks ago a Cy Blue plumber showed up at my house telling me he was sent from the county to check my backflow. I told him I was unaware of this. He checked and then told me it was a mistake (the county gave him the wrong address) but that since he was there he could check my backflow for $55. I agreed. He performed his service and said everything was fine. We then went out of town and when we returned our backflow was leaking (and still is). We have called the Cy Blue Plumbing office several times for the past three days, left many messages with their answering service, and sent an email - and have not received any reply. They do not answer their phone or call/email back - even when I said it was an emergency. I have never left a bad review for any business until now.
