Would give a 0 but it won't allow me. Had an appointment set for a week for today at 4pm. Today received a voicemail saying my ""window"" would be 3-4pm. Next I received a phone call from a man at 2:17pm asking if he could come in 30 minutes. I dropped what I was doing at work, rushed home as I was in Colorado Springs (live in Woodland Park). Here it is 5:51pm, and he hasn't shown, hasn't called, and will not return my calls. Customer service sucks.

Extremely rude during initial inquiry call. Oh my dear! How could anyone do business with someone so rude? I don't care if/how good you are at your ""job,"" your job is to have decent customer service and manners when you have a business.

Tried calling these people to come out and hook up my bathroom vanity. When I was trying to explain that we needed the pipes hooked up because they were cut off so we could tile, the dude on the phone kept telling me I need a permit. Which I don't. Because NOTHING new is going in. We're just reconnecting the pipes to the new vanity. When I asked him if he was listening to what I was saying, he said ""I am but you're obviously not"" and hung up. Thanks a lot.

CW's Plumbing is our go-to company for any kind of plumbing problem. We like that it's local. (Cascade, Chipita Park, Manitou, Green Mountain Falls, Woodland Park) Mike came out today and he was professional, provided quality work, and definitely knew what he was doing. We'll use CW's Plumbing in the future and highly recommend it.

We are redoing our basement bathroom and got a few bids to install a new tub and surround. We went with CWs... BIG mistake!!

CWs came out today to put in a surround and tub for me in our basement bathroom. All Cort did was complain. Then he said, ""Your house smells like sh-t"" to me, over and over. He has no tact whatsoever and is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with in my life.

Cort was extremely rude to me, my husband and another contractor (who is great, just not a plumber) who has been working on our house for a few weeks now. Cort yelled abusively at my other contractor over the phone two separate times. Cort yelled at him in person the other day right in front of me... He told the other contractor he needed 60 inches to put in the new tub we bought. (I was there and heard 60 inches also).

Today Cort was upset, screaming that he needed 60 and 1/4 inches & that's what he told us (wrong) & now we needed to rip the whole wall out, get a permit, redo the whole thing... There is much more that happened but that shows you the level of his incompetence. I am a very patient person and gave Cort a few chances but my husband fired him today. His attitude and yelling was absolutely ridiculous.

If you want a bad-mannered plumber and a botched plumbing job, call CW's Plumbing. Cort ended up charging me $85 an hour to be rude and not do any work for the 2 hours he was here today... WORST experience ever!

I was surprised at how much of a ripoff their. ""Service"" was. Having had experience with them before, I thought them to be an honest company. When I called for service I specifically asked for a technician with extensive knowledge and experience with tankless water heaters. I was happy to continue my search if they could not accommodate my needs. I was emphatically assured that their tech was just the man for the job. He arrived and spent 2.5 hours educating himself on our system at our expense. When he left all seemed well. The next day we had cold showers. I called to report this and now being a Saturday, Cort announced he would have to charge us time and a half to fix the problem the tech had created. I was dumbstruck. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The tech came out and got us back to exactly where we were from the initial call (unable to run 2 showers simultaneously). $320 wasted on a company who chose not to be upfront with me from the start. They never offered reimbursement for wasted calls. Very disappointed in their business ethics - will never recommend to others or call again.
