Called Charles Coates, as he was highly recommended by our neighbors as a honest & professional plumber. We called him at 7pm on a Sunday after being stood up by Home Depot's contractor. He showed up the next day at noon. We were ready to fork out the money for a new water heater as we believed that our 8 year old tank had seen it's day. He was honest in letting us know that it was a $200 fix that would extend it's life a bit further. Score!
