Recommended Customer Reviews

Now it's been just over a year since our old hot water heater went out. An obviously untrained young man came by. He kept calling out for guidance regarding what to do.Then took it upon himself to try to do whatever. No quote was given, no alternatives such as replace your hot water heater. It took a long time as he kept calling (I guess) a knowledgable plumber for help, In the end we got a new starter on an old heater and a bill for $900. I called the office and they refunded $100. I was dumbfounded. THEN, the starter lasted maybe 6 months before the pilot began to go out constantly. Now, everyday we have to remember to relight it if we want any hot water. Another plumber checked it out and was aghast at how we were treated. Anyway, of course now we have to get the new water heater we should have gotten. $800 for bupkes. Sorry Shrewsbury, you used to be the go-to guys. No stars for you
