Cody actually answered the phone!! He was very professional and curtious. We had a lot of questions, Cody took the time to explain and answered all our concerns. We found Cody to be very honest and knowledgeable. Cody showed up promptly on time. Cody did a complete bathroom remodel for us and installed a new hot water heater. His work is outstanding. We are having him back to remodel our kitchen and laundry room. We got so many compliments on his work, several neighbors and friends are using his services. I had just purchased an old home and my master bathroom sink was horribly backed up - so was my guest shower. I couldn't get anyone out for at almost a week...and everyone I talked to sounded like old grumps. I rang these guys and Codi came out early the very next day, was super pleasant and knew what the problem was straight away. I had a really bad hack job by the previous owners and he fixed in about 20 minutes. He also took care of the backed up shower and even replaced the old ugly drain plug. It change the aesthetic so much that I no longer thought I needed to replace the tub! It drains great and looks a lot better now. When I had mentioned that I wanted to replace a leaky shower head at some point, he jumped up, looked at for just a second, identified the problem and told me how easily I could do it myself to save money.

Extreamly helpful, enthusiastic, pleasant and on point. Won't call anyone else for plumbing work ever.

Cody was referred to us by our favorite contractor. We've hired Cody for two jobs: replacing a water heater and upgrading our bathroom faucets. Excellent work, plus we're very pleased with the faucets that he selected. He has a good eye.
