They communicated fast to understand the proposed scope & schedule, provided a fair estimate, and showed up on time, which was great.

Our job was for a faucet install, but unfortunately the construction of our island prevented sufficient access to remove the old faucet and install the new one without significant demolition to the island. They explained the issue quickly and wouldn't accept payment despite spending the time to come out for the job.

I'd highly recommend them.

Five stars are not enough for Mr. Lee. Came home from work to a leaky water heater and no hot water. Recommended by my landlord Mr. Lee answered right away and came over at 8:45pm to inspect. On a Friday! He knew I had an engagement the next day and arrived Saturday morning at 6:30am to install a new hot water heater. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed particularly with urgent situations. Thank you Mr. Lee for helping me!!!

Called on a Saturday morning about a leaking toilet. Got a call back quickly and they were to our apartment in Potrero Hill four hours later. Within 10 minutes of plumber arriving, toilet fixed! Highly recommend.

AFTER about 5 jobs...visits to my house.....I noticed the last two jobs were $ Higher than I expected...
..I started looking around for some else..disappointed being a 5 job customer...
Found a friendly 5 star guy nearby...had him over for latest job...and asked his estimate on Mr Lee's last job..(replacing 2 pieces of gas pipe on the side of house..less than 2 hrs..)
his estimate was $400 cheaper..CONFIRMING what I thought was a HIGH Price.. and I didn't reveal Mr Lee's price.( ONE Thousand.) One review here mentions 2nd job..HIGH.....I agree... .Yes, ..They are prompt, efficient..but I'm gonna try the new guy..and I got a good feeling first meeting............He talked me out of
first item I showed him..and MOST Plumbers would have said $350..easy....
.He said I didn't have to replace..... ..just sand rust spot and caulk..
I didn't bother getting other opinions on their other jobs...until now....
SHOP and compare.....get other opinions...prices......

July 10, 2012, I call Mr. Lee over the weekend and said I had ""hot brown"" water coming out the faucet, right away Mr Lee knew it was my water heater. With 48 hrs Mr Lee and his son brought and installed a new water heater. I am very satisfied with their prompt service and they clean up ( sweep) afterward too. I refer Mr Lee to my friend and she was very satisfied with their service too. I would use them again.
Cost was reasonable too. Thank you.

gotta say these guys are great!!!!! i called on a thursday afternoon, left a message, mr lee called back within 15 min. came to my house 5 min later. fixed the leaky pipe. snaked the shower drain for free. and was gone all within an hour of me calling. these guys are serious no joke get the job done right the first time. i hope i never need to call a plumber, but if i do, i will only call mr lee. thank you!!!!!

Omg, read these reviews and since he is near, gave a call. WONDERFUL!!!!!! My kitchen faucet has been broken for awhile and was hard to turn off. In an effort to save $, I went to Costco and bought a new faucet and needed a plumber to switch them out. Mr. Lee left his cell phone on his message and when I called, said he would be over in 20 minutes (which he was). 1 hour later (for a VERY reasonable fee), I had a perfect sink! He understood English well, was super personable and very professional. Only challenge is that he prefers cash, which was not a problem for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will call him for any future plumbing issues.

My furnace went out on a Friday, Mr. Lee was the only repairman who promised same-day service. He and his son were prompt and friendly. They quickly diagnosed a broken starter switch and were back within one hour, as promised, with the needed part. The best thing is I felt like I got a fair price for his excellent service. He's now my go-to guy for anything plumbing or heat related.

We hired Mr. Lee to replace a leaking water heater. He was prompt and him and his son worked professionally for a few hours to do this which was great. However, we had a furnace replaced in our house shortly therafter and our furnace guy noticed that the plumbing was leaking above the water heater- he said this should have been changed when the new water heater was fitted. So, I called Mr. Lee back and he promptly came, saw the leak and again, him and his son promplty got to work. I had to step out for about a hour and a half and when I came back, he was waiting for me with a bill in hand!!! I was outraged- I had already paid him $1000 for the water heater and now he wanted an additional $283 for this 'repair' which I was told should have been done with the water heater replacement to begin with. First of all, he should have told me this was going to cost money (which he didn't as he said it was a minimal cost and therefore they just did it). I refused to pay but he would not budge. I had to call my husband while Mr. Lee waited for payment and again, he wouldn't budge. I was alone, 37 weeks pregnant and at a loss- so finally, he agreed on $250 and I paid him begrudgingly. Although I found the quality of his work good, I believe his customer service skills are awful and he should have told me about this extra cost upfront. It is funny as he arrived at 8:35am and I have to leave- he didn't start working until at least 8:45am or so....and then I got back at 10:00am and somehow that was 1.5 hours of labour even though I received a call from him at 9:50am saying he was done and waiting for me.....seems to be that I got ripped off. We had another big plumbing job that we were going to offer to him but now we have decided to go elsewhere. I would strongly urge others to contact other plumbers before going with Mr. Lee as you never know what you may end up fixing and paying after the job.....

Mr. Lee and his son are very professional and super organized and prompt. They took care of a faucet fixture that was not sitting properly on the basin and went to the store for a replacement part. Although I did run into a slight leaking problem on one of the hoses, i left a message that same evening and Mr. Lee promptly called me back! They came the next day and fixed the issue and all is good. The faucet is not moving and looks great! I'll recommend them anytime!
