Blademir was super awesome! My gas went out, and after fixing it I couldn't get my 12 year old water heater to relight after spending an hour on my own. When I reached out, Blad replied almost immediately, just to make sure he walked me through how to relight it just to make sure I was following all the right steps (he had me take pictures and text him the images) and talked me through it on the phone. After many attempts we concluded the time had come, and he was over the next morning with a new water heater. He offered to come that night and just go to home depot to get one, but he had a preferred place, and I decided to wait.

He came and did the installation really efficiently and cleaned everything up. He was really nice and he let me know he does other plumbing jobs as well. After such a positive experience, he's the first person I'm going to call if I have any plumbing issues, even beyond water heaters.

As an update, Blad installed a Pelican (salt-free) water softener, and replaced our water regulator at the same time. He did a great job (very meticulous), and charged fairly.

No one wants to hear their water heater needs replacing. But after more than a decade the Palm Springs desert weather and sand had their way and we could not get the pilot relit. Blademir said he could relight the pilot but he pointed out that because of tank corrosion we'd have to keep getting the appliance serviced and that it was probably a good idea to invest in a new tank. We agreed and within a few hours Blademir had the tank installed at a reasonable price, the house had piping hot water that contained less mineral sediment than previously, and we noticed he had cleaned up and hosed off our water-heater closet before he'd installed the new tank so we could start afresh.

Good communication. On time. Reasonable price to flush two 13 year old Rinnai tankless water heaters, find a gas vent problem, and replace a frozen shutoff valve. Highly recommend.
