Chris came to repair a whole house water filter leak. A firm price was agreed to. A part was needed. I ordered it. So he came back at a higher price that I agreed to. While doing the work he raised his price again.. I only paid what we agreed. Turns out the leak wasn't fixed. I was told he would come back but it wasn't an emergency it was just """"seeping."""" not dripping.. Months have gone by and he never has called or come back to fix the work that paid for at a very high price after several calls to him.. Once again, CV Plumbing Solutions has saved me! Woke up to a flood under my kitchen sink and water leaking all out into my kitchen floor. Chris took out my old faucet (replaced it ) , replaced some old pipes, made some adjustments to my garbage disposal , and made the area more spacious . My kitchen sink was leaking, and I could not shut the water off under my sink because the valves were stuck. There were just so much mineral gunk deposited all around. I didn't want to risk breaking anything by forcing it. I texted Chris Velez late at night because that is the time when all plumbing goes to hell. He contacted me in the morning and scheduled a same day appointment. He was able to give me a quote over text by sending pictures. I contacted other companies and they would not even quote me a range of prices. Chris was very punctual. He replaced my faucet and water shut off valves. The price was reasonable. He was very quick. The whole thing took less than an hour.
