I DO NOT RECOMMEND CV PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR

I contacted CV and left a voicemail notifying them that I would like an appointment with one of their plumbers and never received a call back...instead, while I was at work a plumber showed up at my door and my wife sent him away because she did not expect them. She called the office to notify them that someone came by and the woman told her that she spoke with me...Lie number 1; finally told the truth and said she left a voicemail on an answering machine.

Second time: I receive a call that they now want to set up an appointment to come do the job and apologized for the first unscheduled visit. Anyway...we make an appointment and they tell us that they will be here between 12-4 pm, so I decided fine and I'll work from home. At 3:45 I call CV and was told that he would be here in 15 mins...the guy shows up at 4:30, I found him in the driveway across the street and I said to him (Eddie) ""you're in the wrong driveway"" and he sarcastically snickers and said ""this is the address I was given""...Lie number 2, the office informed me he had the correct address. So he comes in to the house reviews the work that needs to be done and then tells me he needs two hours to do the work and that I should reschedule with CV again, and he also asked me to prep the area and remove a portion of the wall; what BS...who does that? I expected to have my work done!

Third and final: I reschedule with the office the next morning and opened the wall thinking that this time they would actually show up and do the work...was I wrong! I received a call after making the appointment was told that he could not be here early and would certainly do the afternoon...this morning (07/02/2021) I get a call from the office notifying me that they cannot come today!!! WTF...I lost it. They offered me a 10% for the work, and started to make excuses as to why he could not make it today...""It's a big job"", it's connecting a double vanity sink to the wall!!! This F'er made me open a wall to expose piping and now he isn't coming. Then I get a call from the office again to tell me that the owner will personally come and do the work...I'll get someone else who hopefully is more reliable. When I said no, forget it...she said ""well we tried"", typical bullshit and not taking responsibility for their actions.

CV Plumbing Heating and Air...you should be embarrassed. As a business owner myself, I take pride in my firms reliability and honesty. You are not the same company or care I received when it was run by Nieman ""Best Plumbing""; they held their worker to a higher standard, and were respected for it.

This is one of the hottest days of the year and first thing in the morning, our central air conditioner just stopped working. Chris arrived at our house within an hour of our call. He found a single part that needed to be replaced, which got the air conditioner working again. Chris has done this repeatedly for us whenever we have a problem with the plumbing in our home. We highly recommend CV Plumbing!

Horrible. Overpriced. I am so frustrated with cv plumbing in haverstraw!!! haven't even started the job even though I gave them $1500 two weeks ago!! I had a guy look at the problem weeks ago he said they could do it. They come today at 8:30 to start 10 minutes later say they'll be right back... hadn't heard from them at 12 called got a whole run around how they will be back later with a master plumber to start. Then she said they might not be able to do it. even though they said they could!! I call back 3pm because it's raining and the woman tells me she can't start until they order the pipe I'm asking her questions like why would you come to fix it if you didn't have the pipe.. why didn't she tell me about the pipe at 12pm! she says have a nice day and hangs up!!! Why would they come this morning to fix a pipe if they didn't even have it!!! They didn't even look at anything to see the pipe they needed! Horrible! I am in dire need of any recommendations for a plumber to fix this asap. I have a leaking pipe!! If anyone know someone please lmk.

I made an appointment for 12 to 3 and the guy shows up after 4. Tell him I have to leave and will reschedule. he offers to come in and take pictures of the work so he can know what he is coming back to fix. He leaves. A few days later I am in the hospital with my father and Lexi calls me and tells me that I didn't pay my bill. I asked her what bill, she said it cost them money to send the guy and I need to pay. The guy NEVER gave me a bill and he was 1 hour late and never even called me. When I tried to explain this to her she hung up on me. I called back and she said find someone else to do your work and hung up again, I called a 3rd time and got someone else who explained to me that it cost them money and I said if the guy would have given me a bill I would have paid it. A neighbor tries to make and appointment and again LEXI has an attitude and hangs up on her. This women is losing tons of business for Chris and should be fired. I have made sure everybody I know heard about this and I even give them another plumbers name. She is rude, unprofessional and I hope they go out of business because of her!

Scheduled a 4 hour window for them to look at the gas feed to our pool heater. Never confirmed. An hour into waiting for the appointment, suspicious that we didn't even have a text or call yet, we called the service and they had no record of our appointment. Based in these other reviews, I guess we got off lucky.

Horrible customer service!! Lexy the secretary is so rude and unprofessional. Must be one of the plumbers teenage daughters. RUDE. No follow up and never shows up! Horrible horrible horrible Would strongly NOT recommend them.

My hot water heater needed to be completely replaced on a Saturday at 3pm. Don the technician was amazing! He was at my house in under an hour with the hot water heater replaced in less time it took to get there. Don was a complete professional and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. I had to throw him out of the house because he would not stop cleaning! Thank you Chris for being a straightforward, upstanding and professional business owner. I would definitely refer CV, and will be coming back to CV for all my HVAC and plumbing needs!

Rip off artist! Charged $450 for an emergency visit just to give a quote, then charged an additional fee for cutting a hole in the ceiling, and wanted to upsell us on additional unnecessary services and work. Would rather use an outhouse than ever deal with CV plumbing again.

Chris came to my home and told me what the problem was, I thought he was coming in for one thing but he told me I had a bigger problem then I thought it was. He came and fixed the problem very fast the next day! Which was great, The receptionist is just so rude, she doesn't care about what you have to say even though, you're paying the company. If I was him I would fire her and hire someone nicer. After they did the job, they were focused on two things the plumbing and the AC, the plumbing was great! I was able to get hot water and cold water, but the AC issue was the still problem. I called the receptionist was still rude, because I wanted to tell them that I still have no AC, Chris came out and noticed that the system had never been plugged in. How could that be something his workers forgot? It makes no sense to me. Also watch out for this company, get a second opinion, sometimes they will tell you something is a problem and it is not. They will also call there other workers and expect you to pay them, on top of what he told you the price was going to be. After I paid the receptionist ""Forgot"" to send me a receipt. Nor did she ever send me a contract of what was going to be done, and my warranties. I suggest to just go to another place that is more responsible and professional.
