Called Cutlerbay Plumbing for clogged drain about 3 months ago . Tree roots were the problem . I thought they snaked it to quick and two days later had a back up in the house that caused me too replace two rooms of carpet. Called another plumber stayed twice as long and used a different tip on the snake and pulled out clumps of roots.

I've been procrastinating to fix my water leak because of the lack of knowledge of any reputable plumbers in my area. I checked on Yelp and this company popped up with 5 stars and I figured I would give them a shot. I called about a leaking faucet and some valves that needed to be replaced. The response time was very quick and since it really wasn't an emergency, I made the appointment for the following day. Jesse was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Prices were fair and the job was done very professionally. I wasn't at home to personally meet him, but he kept me informed via phone on the progress of the repair. Im very impressed with the quickness and professionalism of their work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in a heartbeat.

It is rare to find professionals within this line of work, but you expect true professionalism from this company. I called and the initial contact with the main number resulted in a female voice who was courteous and prompt. She advices to expect a call within a given time frame. The call was received within than time, again, promptly and courteously. I explained my issue. The plumber stated what he thought the problem might be and we agreed to have him come look at the issue. He was right and the issue was bigger than I had thought. All work was explained to me before it was completed and that's exActly what was done. Prices were competitive and more than reasonable. There are no gimmicks, no tricks. True professionals, work well done, in a timely and efficient way. Look no further!!!! Go with them for a job well done!

We called about 2 weeks ago - we got a water bill that went over the norm by $100! We realized that we had toilets that were refilling and emptying on their own. Called Cutler bay Plumbing (previously used them in the past to replace a faucet in the kitchen- great service then too!) and the same guy came. Due to work hours Saturdays are best for us, he came over and within an hour he was done replacing the parts for all 3 toilets. I had called another company and they wanted to charge just for coming to see what the issue might be. Cutler bay plumbing are willing to check out the issue with out charging you for a trip out.They help educate to what caused and when parts should be replaced.

Exceptional service! There was clogging and back-up in all of our toilets and showers. I called Cutler Bay Plumbing, because they had a lot of great reviews. I spoke to Jenny, who scheduled a time for the next morning and Bernardo and his assistant arrived early. They were very communicative and professional. They snaked the line from a vent on our roof and also put a camera down to see if they could identify the issue. They were able to successfully unclog everything and spent a lot of time running water and flushing toilets throughout the process to ensure that everything was fine. Bernardo also provided some explanation for the issues and a future plan if the issues persisted. He believed that everything was good for now and we were satisfied with their work. They were also very reasonable comparably to others. We also learned that they offer septic draining services, which we didn't need right now, but will definitely consider them for the future.

They broke the clay pipe city connection and I have add problems since. Miami Dade will charge me $125 for tonight's visit and could not fix the problem...Second time this year...they say the clay pipe collapsed and that they should have called them.
