My water service line from the City meter to my house sprung a leak. Custom Plumbing of Arizona came out and installed a new line at a great price. Steven took his time to make sure everything was right and clean after he finished. I will call them next time I have a problem.

At 1:30 this afternoon I called Custom Plumbing with an urgent request for help with 2 clogged sinks in the kitchen, hoping we could get help sometime today, but unfortunately the best they could do was tomorrow @ 8-10am.

At 4:30 they called to RESCHEDULE to Thursday, needless to say not acceptable and yet too late in the day to make other arrangements!

If your need is urgent you would be well served if you looked for another Company! A word to the wise.

He called before arrival to confirm I'd be available, and when he arrived was very presentable, professional, and well spoken. I highly recommend this plumbing company! We requested a quote to repipe our home, they responded very quickly, gave us a quote and immediately started the work the following day. I have used Custom Plumbing for seven jobs over the last for years, at my house, my son's house and my brother in law's house. They are always punctual, good communicators, take the time to explain problem and solutions so I could understand. Their office manager Vanessa is amazing, always calling and updating services. Their technicians are excellent! No one likes to call a plumber because it usually costs some money, but if you want the best in service and fairness in treatment, I suggest you contact Custom Plumbing

I provided the new faucet, it cost me 250$ for the labor + 1 yr warrenty for kitchen sink installation. They arrived 1 hr late, it took them 15 minutes to install. They have a really high mark up on labor I would not recommend this company nor would I become their regular customer. They they told me if they provided the faucet it would have been 750$ for installation + kitchen faucet!! even a fancy faucet at home Depot is 350$ They have a really high mark up!!! They told me it was a flat rate but the operator for their business could not give a price over phone so flat rate seems kinda bogus.
