I had a sewer line that was to be replaced this week and they canceled completely because their excavator quit suddenly. They did not give me an option to reschedule, they just decided to refund my money. They are completely unreliable.

I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED! with the results Custom Plumbing & Heating gave to me for my Sewer pipe issue. This was no small issue and these guys came bright early in the morning, dug up my side walk and in my basement, removed the old COLLAPSED PIPE with a nice and fresh new pipe! After putting the new pipe in they covered the job neatly and are coming in the next day to coat the top with cement. I am writing this review on the same day this was done, once again this was not a small job and they did it so efficiently and i will definitely be using the services of Custom Plumbing & Heating again!

Added distilled water to my sump pump battery when the alarm went off (on a Saturday) and I was too intimidated to attempt the required steps to resolve the issue. Barry arrived within an hour of calling him and completed the steps without charging me! Complimentary service to an established customer is almost unheard of these days. Thanks Barry!

Got an estimate on Tuesday afternoon from Barry. Left him 2 messages on Wednesday (9:13 am and 2:14pm) with some questions, but mainly wanting to tell him we wanted him to do the work. Finally after another message Thursday morning he calls and said that we waited too long and that he was too busy so we'd have to wait since we have water. We are connected to our neighbor's house through a dirty hose so I get to bathe my baby in rusty water and keep buying water in order to feed him, oh and shower at my sister's since we hardly have any water pressure. Thanks for nothing, I'll make sure the city stops recommending you.

Chris the plumber saved the day! He arrived to a newly installed Kohler toilet that did not stop leaking. (He did not install the toilet). He was very professional and friendly. He pulled the toilet, replaced a very rusty & dented flange with a brand new stainless steel flange, reset the toilet with a new wax seal and properly set the tank gasket! Viola! No more leaking toilet! And the cost was reasonable! Thank you Chris for a job well done!

We have worked with Barry and his employees several times now. They are friendly, prompt, and professional. He offered us advice on a drain problem we were having and helped us work out a solution that actually cost less in the end than the original quote he gave us. The required permits stalled our project in the middle, but Barry was very careful to keep in touch and keep us updated until the issue was resolved. The subcontractors (concrete) were also pleasant and clean. We have recommended Barry to several friends. We are also working with him on options for replacing our furnace.
