Yesterday, Sunday, we had a water emergency at our home. A couple of broken lines coming from the pump. Called a couple of plumbers but only Custom Plumbing could have someone out in an hour. MIles arrived earlier than expected and after a couple of hours we had water again. Miles was very efficient, professional and and is an excellent plumber. Highly recommend this business! You rock Miles!

I'm a local Redding real estate broker and just had inspections on a home we have in escrow, the home came up with toilets that are loose and a drain leak, I called Custom Plumbing at 9:30am and they gave me an approximate bid right then, I authorized the work and they had a technician out there within the hour and he was done a short time afterwards. Very pleased with the very capable and professional tech and the quick response in the office, thank you for being so responsive

Whilst I am not complaining about the effectiveness of their trade. I am however disgusted at the tactics this company have used to collect on a payment for services carried out for a Corporation owned house, a Corporation that I do not own or not an officer of. I was a contact person to schedule the repairs. I was the person who lived next door to the house that was in escrow. Custom Plumbing did not submit their bill to the escrow company for payment in a timely fashion, before escrow closed.
I received several calls from them and I explained the situation clearly and gave them the information for them to contact the owner of the corporation.
I was then harassed by a collection agency and I also gave the agency all the pertinent information that I had previously given to Custom Plumbing to collect on this debt.
After many letters, the collection agency then contacted TRW and have now negatively impacted my previous good credit score.
I am a senior citizen living alone, and I live off my limited social security income the bill is at $1,900.00
Needless to say I would not recommend this company.

No one plans to have to replace a water heater. Well not until it out. So I started calling plumbers. I called one that was recommended, but they were a week out. Others did not answer their phones or calls dropped.

I reached John at Custom Plumbing. He was professional on the phone, when over everything needed and best of all, he was able to install it tomorrow.

Lucas, his employee came, was very malicious and professional. Even though, I just wanted hot water, it was nice to have a professional company at my home.

I don't know if I have ever had a better experience with a tradesman. From getting texted ""when in route,"" to smile, conversation and high tech work, Custom Plumbing and John are truly the best in town.

As a realtor, I don't always have ""notice."" Custom Plumbing was there when I needed them most.

Very happy I went with Custom Plumbing. They live up to their good reviews. They got me in on short notice (the next day) and were very friendly and professional scheduling over the phone. Steven did a great job communicating with me his availability since he had a couple of jobs to complete before mine. He was very open to explaining the problem to me and helped answer any questions I had. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Reasonably priced. Couldn't have asked for more. Great job. Next plumbing issue I'll go with these guys for sure.

The ultimate professionals. At a time when all contractors of any sort (carpenters, landscaping, painting, plumbing, etc.) have more business than they know what to do with -- professionalism has gone out the window. The customer is left wondering whether somebody will show up on time, whether their bid will make sense, or if the quality of the repair will be worth the delay and cost of work. A call to Custom Plumbing will remind you of yesteryear, a time when people would do what they said they will do and they do it because they would do it at their own home.

Custom Plumbing has exceeded all my expectations and I have used several other plumbing services until I found them. I could not recommend them more.
