Unfortunately the company that manages my house (Nomadic real estate) uses Mike to service the various properties. He came out in response to a main line clog and claims that he snaked the drain for $400, but that he suspected some pipes were busted, and recommended that we pay him another $450 to send a camera down the pipes, which could reveal thousands of dollars of work in installing new pipes that needed to be done. Also, he didn't actually fix the problem, so everything was still overflowing and the tenants still couldn't use the toilet and shower. I found this to be a little suspicious, so, I sent two plumbers out to the house for a second opinion, both of whom informed me that there was nothing wrong with the pipes, you just have to remove the downstairs toilet in order to access the main line and properly snake it. I paid one of them to do this, and he cleared out quite a lot, indicating that the drain did not get properly snaked by Mike the first time. I would be wary of hiring this person to do plumbing work.

Custom Plumbing and HVAC were dispatched for a repair on my rental property through my home warranty company. After determining the warranty company did not cover the repair, (a leak from the toilet flange) we agreed on a price for them to fix the repair. It appears this company only has 1 repair person, ""Mike"" that does all repairs. It was difficult for my tenants to schedule an appointment for the work. Once they did, Mike came out and the completed the repair. Part of the repair was to fix the drywall, and we agreed he would do a rough paint finish (not perfect). He told my tenants he would need to return at a later date as the drywall repair was done in 2 stages. It took me (the owner) to get involved and call to ask why it took them over a month later to come back for the final repair. I literally had to ask, ""is someone coming back to finish the repair""? I held off payment until they confirmed via e-mail (I have a paper trail) that the repair has been complete. I paid them ($400.00) to only find out later from my tenants, they did not return. When I called them to inquire, the person who answers the phone, Olga said ""we are not a painting company"" and to call Mike directly. I was over it until the next month the tenants complained of the same leak. I called again, and asked them to return for a service call as the same issue appeared to be happening again. An appointment was scheduled, only to find out Mike cancelled on the appointment date. I called Olga, and she said to call Mike. At this point I was really over it, and had to pay another plumber $200.00 to tell me the leak was coming from the wax ring not being properly installed by the previous plumber. To sum it up, he did a faulty job putting the toilet back, hence this negative review. This was a nightmare from start to finish, so beware before you have these guys do any work for you. I like to give folks the benefits of the doubt, but I feel like I was taken advantage of, and this company does not care about their customers and has zero integrity!
