Dale Ridgway owner of Custom Line Contracting has been our go to contractor for over 12 years, providing excellent carpentry and plumbing services for many small and larger jobs. He has responded quickly to repair storm damage to siding and installed sliding doors, closets, sinks and many other projects over the years - all of which were accomplished in a professional and timely manner and at a reasonable price. Positive references have resulted in Dale working up and down our neighborhood. Prices are for quality workmanship, which is just not there (eg when putting molding around doors, they were pieced together; on another door, the ""perfect"" piece of molding was put behind the door and the roughed up piece was put on the side where the handle is; specifically asked for ""the smallest grout lines"" and the shower wall grout is probably 5/8""; at a place where tile meets laminate, decided to cut a 1/2 piece of tile and not take the tile into the doorway (this looks absolutely horrible); didn't want to fix issues; only cared about getting the final check; specifically asked to raise shower head and the new one may be lower than the original) I am not sure there is anyone trust worthy in OCM..
