I needed some complex plumbing installed in my house. After calling, one of owners came to my house, spent about an hour looking things over and making some creative and intelligent suggestions. He sent me an estimate within a week. The price was fair. They scheduled the job for two weeks hence. On the scheduled day the plumber did the work. The work was excellent. After a week I noticed a glitch, and they responded quickly and made the needed adjustment.

I just bought a new home and wanted to move the washing machine and dryer to the basement where it was originally at. CHP arrived and quoted me for hot and cold hook up, drain into utility sink, dryer vent hook up. Our utility sink drained slow so technician said they would snake and clean the best they could.

Father in law arrived to New house. He hooked up dryer and did the vent work. He also had placed drain to the utility sink ( 50% of the work i was quoted for)

CHP arrived and placed the hot and cold and supposedly drained or snaked the drain. First load after hookup we had water everywhere. Got a second opinion like I should have to begin with and Mr. Rooter came in and fixed what CHP could not.

CHP charged me more than the work they provided ( not making proper adjustments) and discounted me with a slap in the face. Never will I use again for plumbing or heating issues.

So disappointed.
We were flooded as a result of the dam breaks and, on my dad's recommendation, called these guys.
I called last Friday and they couldn't come out to evaluate the boiler until Tuesday. Understandable.
We told the guy who came out Tuesday to go ahead and get parts ordered and estimate for ins. done. That was Tuesday.
The guy said it would take 3-4 days for parts to come in, then they would call to set up installation. Ok.
Then, today, 3 days later, when we thought the parts would be starting to come in, the company calls us and says they won't be doing any part of the job. Nada!!!
So, now we are a week behind and have to start from scratch to find a new company, get an apt for eval, wait time get parts ordered, wait to get on schedule to have boiler installed so we can finally have hot water again. So, instead of a month waiting for hot water, we are WAY behind because whoever we call, we will be on the BOTTOM of the waiting list for each step.
