We recently had our NYC apartment renovated. Custom Construction Services (CCSC) was selected from the bidding process. The very reason why they won the bid is the very reason why we are pleased with the results. We were looking for a dedicated crew, ability to deliver the project on time (co-op reno time constrictions), work with our architect, be our general contractor because we lived out of state... and the most important was to work with our new Co-Op community. On top of that, since this will be our last home, CCSC was tasked to make our dreams come true.
This is our retirement phase, and we are so pleased with the finished product. The apartment is luxurious because of the plaster wall finish and their custom millwork! As CCSC owns their own millwork facility the milled doors and cabinets are stunningly substantial and up-scale in quality. A modern - old-world charm!
CCS is very responsive and passionate about their work. Our assigned crew were master craftsmen and so caring about doing it correctly. We are very happy, and we have received so many compliments. If thinking of renovating CCSC was professional, skilled, efficient, and will work with you to create the living space of your dreams.

I hired George and his team for a Condominium home improvement project in Long Island CIty. Initially we were concerned, because the project would take place while we were living in the apartment. George and his team did a wonderful job finishing the project on time and they took every provision to protect the rest of the house from dust and odor.
