Fraud Alert - Custom Comfort hires liars and unskilled workers. I recently called on Christmas Eve only due to the fact that with the weather and it being Christmas Eve, I knew it would be hard to get someone out to look at my furnace. One worker (Andre) came out for over two hours and could not figure out what was wrong with the furnace. He went out and came back with a part he did not know how to install or if it would work (which was another 2 hours trying to install) so he called his manager (Brian). At no point did the worker or the manager state if they installed the part they would still charge me for it if it didn't work. His manager Brian (who was extremely smelly) came out and the part was installed but the furnace still did not work. Then the manager Brian said I would need a new furnace all of a sudden because there was a crack in the heat exchanger and left on Christmas Eve without the furnace working. How you could work on a furnace and not see a crack for over 4 hours is hard to believe. I called another heating company and they came out were are able to fix the issue in 10 minutes. I did not have a crack in the heat exchanger, did not need any parts and do not need a new furnace. Custom Comfort lies and does not have experienced workers. Obviously I will never call Custom Comfort again and I reported them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud.

We had a furnace installed. They were very professional and did a great job. We are having them clean our ductwork. My brother-in-law is also getting a furnace from them.

I filed a complaint July 2021. They installed Bryant compressor & AC May 26 for upper floor (2nd zone) replacing 30 yr old unit for $4,200. Same week temp reached 77 called them they sent Karen tech who suggested it's because 4-5 vents not open!! I didn't buy that.. still temp was high, called again they sent Bryan installer who said ""sensor was on"" & he turned it off! Didn't buy that either! Each time they try to ""explain"" why. From start I suggested that's not enough unit for area covered. Bryan said he thought he installed 126 but it's actually 123, suggested to replace it by 189 AND that I have to pay ((($2,300))) extra!! I told him THEY were the ones who made the decision of me paying $4,200 to fix AC, if they made a mistake I'm not supposed to pay for labor, researched prices which showed $2,000 & $2,500 for these units!! I couldn't reach the owner for 2 months cause he's ON VACATION! So I filed a complaint with BBB, Then owner called & was mad that I'm not listening to his explanation & techs complained that I'm not listening, suggesting to come to (discuss) what can be done. I stuck with ""I paid $4,200 for the AC to work & all I need is adjust it to 70 it registers 70"" Owner came, said he was away for 1 1/2 months cause family comes 1st!! Actually in 7 years that my son was away he stayed this summer in this heat & most probably that's the last summer in his life that he'll spend with us!! Owner kept going down the basement & upstairs & told me he (adjusted) the settings. Same day bedroom felt hot yet thermostat showing 60's!!! SOOO I bought a thermometer & GUESS WHAT!! Temp is 80+ !!! Till today July 28 we don't have AC. Will have to pay $2,300 extra to change it to 189Bryant unit. Which is way higher than market price!!
