We selected Custom Bath Remodeling to replace our 80's bathroom based on reviews, free upfront design and reasonable detailed estimate. A wide range of products are available for selection. The bulk of the full bath remodel took nine days. The daily process was very efficient and well run. Every evening we would receive a call from the office letting us know what time the team would be here in the morning. Though we typically had a different 2 man crew each day based on what needed to be done, the daily experience was consistent - friendly, polite, hard-working workers who showed up on time at 8 a.m. and worked until at least 5 p.m.. Floors and stairs were covered with tarps each morning and cleanup was done after each days work.
There was some rework needed and a flickering LED bulb issue that extended the project completion date a few weeks. That nearly caused me to lower my rating, however, this company stands by their work until the client is fully satisfied. For flickering LED light bulbs, if the problem is not an incompatible dimmer switch or fixture, I highly recommend the LED light bulbs at flickeralliance.org.
After the rework was completed, JP completed the job with meticulous final touch-up painting. Thanks to all who worked my renovation. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to workmanship and this company met my expectations. We were very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Custom Bath Remodeling.

Custom bath did a great job on both my bathrooms. highly recommended. one had shower wall panels that looked like white subway tiles. the guest bathroom we did tiled shower walls and a one piece stone shower base. excellent work

They did a tub to shower conversion in our home, replacing the tile with an Onyx system shower walls and base. We were thrilled with the finished product; the quality of materials and the installation look amazing. Like they estimated, It took 2.5 days: 1 day of tile demo and prep, one day of installation, and 1/2 day glass installation. We really liked our experiences with our designer (Irene) and the installer (Douglas); I really want to give 4.5 stars because the project start date was several weeks delayed from what they initially told us-- this is understandable because during Covid things are backed up everywhere--but it was a little difficult to get the office/project manager to communicate with us. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, just know you may need to keep following up a lot if you need any info between your design meeting and installation.

From the start to the end, it was an easy process. I obtained 5 quotes and this one was the most competitive and flexible. I was able to pick my own vanity, floors, and colors for the bathroom. I was presented with so many choices. This company had a team of talented men to complete the job. They were on time, worked quickly, and had strong work ethics. My daughter is so happy to have her bathroom of her dreams!

Not punctual at all...started the project on 13Sep19 for the two bathrooms which they promised to complete in 2 weeks and few extra days to install custom encloser. But here I am on 12Dec19 and still waiting for the main bathroom to complete. I would not recommend this company for any remodeling project.

I called Custom Bath Remolding after I saw the fantastic job they did on my neighbors bathroom. John, from there company came down to my place a couple days after I called and help me pick out my bathroom. He told me that it would take about five weeks to start the project. Luckily, it only took four. On day one, they installed my shower/bathtub. I never had to go a day without using my shower, that was great! Day two, they put a new floor and vanity in. And the third day they installed all the lightning. My bathroom looks great! I never had to go a day without using my bathroom. The plumbers were polite and helpful. And whenever I had a question about anything, Trisha in the office would always answer my calls and help me, never once did I have to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. I would definitely recommend Custom Bath Remodeling if you're getting your bathroom done.

Custom Bath remodeling installed a bathroom with shower in our home. Although we had to wait about two months from the time we contracted with them until they began the work, our bathroom was well worth the wait. It is functional and beautiful.

I cannot praise the workmen enough; they were fabulous---punctual, hardworking, polite, and meticulous. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The finished product is a testament to the high level of their skill. I recommend this company most highly!
