I so wanted to like these guys as the technician who came out was very kind, and I was relieved to hear that the system in my newly purchased home wasn't clogged and seemed find. However, I ended up having to call them last night (Father's Day) because water was leaking through my ceiling and the water sensor was alarming. Since it was after hours, I got bumped to their answering service. The young lady I spoke to was unhelpful at best and condescending at worst. I decided to call a different company first thing this morning, and they are working to fix the issue, which is a major clog. I was charged $159 for Custom Air to basically cause an issue that I'm now having to pay someone else to fix. I'm disappointed, and I would not recommend Custom Air and Plumbing at this time.

I paid for a maintenance program Last year ... my air went out They came out and """"fixed"""" and it broke down again They came out to my house yesterday afternoon for my again paid maintenance and last night air broke down AGAIN!!!! I've called 3 times and I still have not heard from this company And it's a weekend so they will charge a emergency call charge!!! I do not recommend this company!!

I would not hire this company for the simple reason of the lack of common courtesy of the road. Nearly ran off the road by truck #588 so the driver could get one car ahead. If they employ drivers with road rage, I certainly don't want them in my home!! Hope you made it to wherever you were going in such a rush on time and without hurting anyone.

If I could give a less-than-zero rating I would. However, since Yelp won't allow it I am forced into a one star rating and that is generous based on the complete lack of customer service Custom Air and Plumbing is providing. For the past 19 years CA has been servicing our HVAC quarterly under a maintenance contract with no issues. The unit is in the garage just below the ceiling. On the last visit the onsite technician failed to properly latch the door over the filter after replacing the filter (which was loaded incorrectly). The door was blown off because of this while the AC unit was running. Unfortunately my brand new car was just below the door when it fell, and it hit the hood, leaving a small dimple-like dent and paint scratch down to the metal. Upon discovering the issue I called CA and complained. A technician came out and took pictures and notes as well as the filter that had been (improperly) installed and left, assuring me that either the service manager or owner would be in touch. Long story short - I never heard back from them after repeated calls to CA. I was always assured by whomever answered the phone there that the service manager or owners would be in touch, but this never happened. I am assuming that they hoped I - and this issue they caused - would just go away. It's too bad that this company is willing to trash a 19-year relationship over an issue they caused but it is clear by their actions (or inactions) that they are willing to do this. I will continue to pursue this matter with them and will update you accordingly once I have something to update you with. We'll see.

Our Bryant Air Conditioner was installed improperly in February of 2021. A few months later the unit failed so a new motor was installed. Now, two years later, the problem has occurred again. Custom Air will warranty the motor, but requires $681 for installation. This is outrageous since obviously the unit was never fixed properly. I have been unable to get any manager from Custom Air to call me. I was told by the tech who checked the unit that they are in business to make money. I guess customer satisfaction is not important.

Over all I have been pretty satisfied with this company. Been having some issues with my a. c. And had some techs come to diagnose it with no real fix. I recently had a gentleman come over to do my annual maintenance and he immediately found the problem and fixed it. From now on I will always be requesting Tracy. He not only found and fixed the problem but also schooled me on so many things with my a. c.. What an awesome employee this company has working for them.

Custom Air and Plumbing finally agreed to correct the problem left by Bob Rizi plumbing. I had to pay some addtional costs, which I was not happy about since I paid for a sewer conversion once already. My out of pocket after pumping the septic tank left by Bob Rizi, calling the first plumber to figure out they Bob Rizi Plumbing didn't actually do what I paid them to do 5 years ago and having Custom Air come out and fix the problem was around $1200. Again, I did pay to have my septic tank crushed and filled and my sewer converted once. Custom Air at least did a good job and fixed the problem but only after I agreed to pay over half of the costs myself.

We bought our house in Florida 1 year ago. We just found out that the previous owners should have shared with us that there was a 10 year transferable warranty on our 2 A/C units. They did not inform us. The owner of this company refused to honor the warranty in any way since the warranty transfer did not take place within 6 months of our home purchase. They wanted us to pay for a maintenance contract without honoring any part of the warranty. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They are not customer service oriented and the owner flat out told me that he did not want to do business with someone like me after I told him I would not be recommending his company.
