READ THE FINE PRINT HERE, this is not about Custom Air, but about the technician for CUSTOM AIR, who frankly is the best thing they got going for them. After years and years of numerous techs trying to find out why my TRANE air conditioner could not COOL the home adequately, thus paying a fortune in over the top air conditioning bills, BRUCE KINTZ came to our home and found two huge problems in under five minutes. BRUCE KINTZ also explained and answered every question that we had regarding our air. If you insist on using this company, you better go through BRUCE KINTZ or you are going to have a long road of woe ahead of you. Thank you Bruce for doing for what one else could do in five years; I salute you!

Truly professional company and responsive. I never had an issue that was a problem. When something works I tend to keep it. Call me old fashioned but that's how I roll.

Custom Air installed a system in 2018 which took several weeks on its own. We have had 18 tech visits since the install. They cycled different techs who said the previous techs made mistakes which they tried to correct. All of which are too long to list here. They damaged our other AC unit in the house and caused a leak which ruined the ceiling. I had to pay to have that repaired. The dismissed my invoice to them for the repairs. We still sit with issues and was told the owner would be in touch with us several weeks ago. I then got a letter from the county saying the permit is still open and they are going to charge me to keep it open. Informed Customer Air and they lied about trying to reach me to close out the permit. We are still waiting on Custom Air to respond.

They sadly took advantage of my elderly handicap mother with prices fluctuating and installed her unit on a second floor without a drain so anytime the heat goes on she is dripping condensation on the neighbor below. Will not use them again.

Poor experience with this company. Had five years of problems from construction on and these guys never fixed it. Had to finally get another company to resolve after over 30 service calls with custom air. Bottom line. Find another provider. Owner never called me back after repeated calls

Recently had Custom replace both A/C SYSTEMS IN OUR HOUSE. The techs did a fine job. The response of their office is another story. When the problem with the old system started I called them, left a message and they never responded. I got someone else for service. After it was decided that we would replace both systems I called Custom to get a quote. Told the salesman about the non-respond to previous calls. Three weeks after install I called with a problem, left messages with both the answering service and the office and NEVER received a response.

Had new $10,000 system installed. Reoccurring problem under warranty that were not resolved. Pointed this out to tech, saying it was not fixed and if it occurred again it should be dealt with under warranty. 6 months after warranty lapsed, tech came and wanted to charge $150 plus a year of 'maintenance"""" another $175.00. The owner , Mr. Schwab and the head tech, Albert would not return calls. Stay away.

Awesome technician for this company. Very straightforward and will try to save you money while not trying to act like he is selling you something. Chad came to my house because I had Unique Air than Joe cool come and try to determine where my problem was. Joe cool tried saying I needed an entirely new AC. It took Chad literally 10-15 minutes to determine where my freon was leaking from & what needed to be done. They even filled my freon for FREE until they could service my unit so I didn't have to endure FL heat! He even gave helpful tips and pointers of things I can do on my own to fix some issues I am having with alternatives I could do instead of having to pay for them to do. Honest and upfront & highly recommended.

Custom Air and Plumbing finally agreed to correct the problem left by Bob Rizi plumbing. I had to pay some addtional costs, which I was not happy about since I paid for a sewer conversion once already. My out of pocket after pumping the septic tank left by Bob Rizi, calling the first plumber to figure out they Bob Rizi Plumbing didn't actually do what I paid them to do 5 years ago and having Custom Air come out and fix the problem was around $1200. Again, I did pay to have my septic tank crushed and filled and my sewer converted once. Custom Air at least did a good job and fixed the problem but only after I agreed to pay over half of the costs myself.
